Family vacation

This was our 3rd time to stay in this area and this was our favorite home. Would definitely stay here again! We had a great time and this home was a wonderful fit for our family.

Family ties from all over

Has a wonderful time! The house was great, pros: location, bedrooms and bath for each bedroom; screened porch and back deck, golf cart, bikes, comfy beds: cons not much at all except living room small with not so great comfortable furniture, no supplies at all not even beach chairs or umbrella so had to buy, no cleaning supplies but we would definitely stay again and loved the area!

Nice could use improvements.

It was a nice home in a nice neighborhood with proximity to the pool. The house was clean and met our needs. However, the living room is small. The furnishings are not as pictured and uncomfortable. Definitely not room for more than 4 people. A bedroom upstairs has a TV that is not a smart TV and cable connection did not work so it is not something you can use. Bunk room and 2 upstairs bedroom don’t have TVs. Just things to be aware of. No internet booster upstairs so the signal is very weak. Overall it worked for our needs but i would not book again without some updates.

The golf cart could get us to the beach quickly, we rented bikes from a store 2 minutes down the road, and we walked from the house for coffee every morning. Would stay again!

Great stay at Seagrove Beach

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas break at Seagrove Beach. House was extremely clean. The carriage house was perfect for my in-laws to get away from our four kids. Screened in porch was perfect for reading and listening to the ocean waves. Short walk to beach. Golf cart was a great addition. Will definitely return.

Beautiful!

Perfect place to stay especially if you have older kids that are traveling with you. The carriage house gave us our own space away from the kids! The pool is just steps away, beach is a 3 minute golf cart ride and the backyard is very private. I will definitely book here again!!!

Quiet 30A Getaway

We are not super picky, the place was clean and the few things I found not clean, I cleaned it. It’s a huge house so some minor things are bound to get missed. Only issue that we didn’t bring to anyone’s attention is the dryer. It is so slow, but other reviews have mentioned it, so I’m sure it will be replaced in due time. Beds comfy. Cute lil nooks for my grandkids. Directly next door to pool. 3 minutes gold cart ride to gorgeous beach. Best coffee ever down the street 1-2 minutes. Lovely, quiet neighborhood.

Summer at the best beach in the world

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great house in a great neighborhood and less than a 1/2 mile walk to the beach. The house is well appointed and all 3 of the large bedrooms have amazingly comfortable king size beds with premium bedding which you don't usually find in a rental home. The house also comes with a 6 passenger golf cart and bikes so you can be at the beach in 2 minutes vs. less than 10 walking. Great experience and I will definitely be back.

Pelican Pine

Pelican Pine was a great fit for our family gathering. Bedrooms were large and beds comfortable. The large screen porch was my favorite place to relax. Added bonus to have golf cart and 5 bikes included. It was a 10 minute walk to the beautiful white sand beach but no stairs!

Spacious

Great, however the ice maker never worked and even though we communicated with the office and a repairman came out, it was never fixed and they didn't bring ice until the night before we left. The price was much higher than homes around us. The pool was dirty after a storm and they were "behind" schedule so all the guests had to clean it out in order to use it. One of the bike locks broke but they did bring out a new one for that. Quality of toilet paper was so cheap (for such an expensive place) that you couldn't tear it off without it ripping. Quality of amenities were very cheap for paying so much for this place. It was nice and loved the backyard and the carriage house.

Warren/Speight family graduation vacation

We had a great time! The pool is literally beside the home, which was very nice. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors were very kind and friendly. The beach is about a half mile down the street. We took bikes or golf cart down each day. Beautiful home and very spacious. We will stay again soon!

Great stay

Great stay and communication with property management company. Had a minor plumbing issue first night and it was addressed and fixed quickly the next day. Great beach toys for the kids. Convenient with the golf cart. Recommend for any family looking to stay in the area.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

Everyone had their own space and I loved how the upstairs bedrooms both had king beds and en-suite bathrooms. The bunk room is perfect for kids and our teen daughter loved having her own space in the carriage house! For me, the screened-in back porch was the highlight of the house. I spent many hours out there reading, relaxing, and drinking coffee. It felt completely private and secluded! The beach is a short bike ride away and some of our favorite spots (Old Florida Fish House, Buddy's Market, Kahve and Cream) are right across the road. Our experience couldn't have been better!

The house was beautiful- above expectations- beds were super comfy! House was sparkling clean. Kitchen well appointed with all the plates, pots, glasses and things you need for a large group. - the pool location was perfect - the bikes were an added bonus and used every day. The golf cart provided was a must! It was all lovely and made for a comfortable- stress free and fun vacation.
