Property could use some TLC to spruce it up a bit, things like new furniture covers as the ones there are stained. Could use a new grill, while it worked it was a mess underneath. Had some issues with golf cart and the gear shift. Sometime it would not start or go into gear. All in all though it was a nice place.

The location was great. The house is showing a lot of wear and tear. One of the fridges was broken our entire stay. We had to buy coolers and a small mini fridge to be able to accommodate food and drinks for 14 people. The third floor smelled very musty. We managed and had a great time with our family but we were very disappointed in the quality of the home for the price we paid.

The house needs a lot of updates done to it they need to supply a broom and mop for sure spills happen and sand
..we had to go out and buy one and it most definitely needs new furniture or covers atleast it is very dirty and the pics does not show any of that ! Pool needs to be cleaned day of check in we had dead frogs (you could tell had been there for a while ) in our pool it hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed out it looked to for a couple days and pool lights doesn’t work ! I understand having cameras but there are cameras everywhere and all we felt like we didn’t have any privacy like we where being watched the whole time ! They had to come replace 4 bikes out of 6 but they got on that the next day !! But other than those things we had a good time! When we did have a problem and messaged them they were very quick to respond loved that !!!

We had a wonderful week with our children and little grandchildren. Property is as depicted, well appointed kitchen, lovely pool and great proximity to the beach. Beds are comfortable with very nice balcony spaces. Home had plenty of beach toys, beach chairs and several bikes, although the child bike didn’t work with a very rusty chain and the child helmet was broken. We had a few maintenance issues which addressed quickly. Communication and response was very good. Thank you for a lovely vacation!

Sea Grove Vacation

70th birthday celebration

Loved the property. More than enough rooms and privacy for everyone. Location to the beach was great. Usage of the golf cart was not clear but we were able to get better information. Responsiveness of your staff was great especially since we locked ourselves out of the house.

The house was great. Lots of space for our family. The only issue is that the beach access was a "public beach access" which meant it was very crowded and hard to find space some days. Other than that, we had an awesome time and would recommend it highly.

Perfect vacation home

Our family stayed in this house because my granddaughter got married on the beach nearby. It was a perfect day! The house had everything you could think of to cook with. We loved having the golf cart for riding around. We very much enjoyed the bicycles. They were so easy to ride. I would recommend this house to anyone as long as they can climb stairs. Everyone LOVED the heated pool and playing with the toys provided.

Family group of 16

Property was as described. The view of the ocean was actually better than I thought it would be off the back balconies. Walk to the beach is relatively short, and comparable to the distance we’ve walked at condos that were right on the beach. The beach is public, but since we were there in October it wasn’t overly crowded. The grill is also relatively new, and we used it several times while we were there. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Mother’s Day week

The house was clean and inviting. There were only 7 of us so we had plenty of room. The only thing I didn’t like was the thermostats would be set on 74 and in the middle of the night it got hot and I had to get out of bed to turn it down. Other than that we may be back next year.

Fantastic Family Rental

This is the perfect property for a large extended family! Great location - short walking distance to the beach. The three levels gave everyone space and the bedrooms were awesome! Two (and a half) refrigerators gave us plenty of space for food and drinks. The best thing about this property was the pool - it is large, refreshing and gated for safety with toddlers. With a large group, we stay home and cook dinners - the kitchen was very well equipped, and we had everything we needed. When we had one small with the pool, the owner was very responsive. Highly recommend - would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing vacay

We had a wonderful time. The house is clean, stocked with all the essentials. The only issue we had was the pool. It was filthy. Only one jet was working. Every day more bugs, hair, crabs, anything and everything was sitting in the water. A pool guy came to “clean” after we called the rental co. All he did was put chlorine in and scrap the sides with little to no effort. The pool could use a vacuum. The pool needs major upgrading. We ended up not really using it because of how filthy it was. The chairs by the pool are not comfortable either. A patio umbrella or two would be perfect out there since there isn’t any shade. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay. A short walk to the beach was nice.

50th wedding anniversary trip

Perfect location, short walk to beach, pool at house. Needed someone to fix heater ( heated pool was $day). We ended being fine without it! House wouldn’t work for 16 adults. Kids tripled on fold out couch! Our kids surprised us w/bonfire, pix, champagne, wedding cake, wedding vow renewal, music, and smores on the beach!!! And announcement of another grandchild due in January!!! Our sons and grandsons went deep sea fishing! Caught a bull shark! Brought lots of snappers home for a delicious meal made by our chef/son! Crabbing, riding ocean waves, shopping in Seaside and local towns, relaxing, reading, walking on beach, sunsets, moon rises, laughing and enjoying family!!! Perfect glorious 50th celebration! Thank you Lord for so many blessings! Thank you Allen and your crew for “sharing” your home! Bonnie

None of what I am about to say should be taken as a negative - just want to manage expectations for future guests
The location of the house is wonderful! So close to the beach that we walked down every day with no trouble at all. The private pool is great and the rooms of the house are all spacious! Very good house and it definitely met our needs!One minor thing with the house is that the couch covers are showing a bit of wear, but nothing that either a cleaning or new ones wouldn’t solve and it’s totally a minor thing.The beach is a public access beach and in the summers that means crowds. Even with revered chairs and an umbrella, we were stacked up three rows deep throughout the beach. I only mention that to say that if you want a beach that feels less crowded, you should know that it probably won’t be this one. Again - nothing to do with the house though - just want people to be aware of the beach situation. We didn’t use the golf cart much but that was mainly because I didn’t feel comfortable driving it on the highway with all the crowds. However, I was about the only person who seemed to have that issue as the area is filled with golf cart drivers backing up traffic Overall, a great place to stay and we all enjoyed the house, pool, and proximity to the beach. Seagrove beats Hurricane Ian

Perfect for family gathering. Space to gather and space for kids to nap. Shout out for providing a Pack-n-play! Gorgeous ocean views. Loved the second and third floor decks. Private pool great alternative to sand and still in the sun. Attentive host and manager. Thanks for a fantastic place to enjoy family time!

Great home for a large family

Check in and response from property manager was excellent. Be aware the bedrooms on the 2 lower floors are smaller, so if you are traveling with children who require a cot or pack and play they must stay in one of the 3rd floor rooms. The extra living spaces were a lifesaver for our large group. We loved the porches looking out to the ocean. Beautiful home. We would stay again most definitely. This beach access is public, so make sure you are up early to snag a spot close to the water (6-7 am). They do not allow canopies or wind sails close to the water. Only umbrellas.
