House is lovely and as described. We arrived at night and there were no outdoor lights or even a porch light on so it made it tricky to find. But we loved the location and proximity to seeing family and getting downtown quickly. Took a lot of walks in the neighborhood and people are very friendly. Beautiful little home and cute patio for relaxing. Highly recommend for location and comfort!

This rental was fine for a short stay, but we had a few concerns.Pros:-Location is conveniently close to downtown.-Hosts were kind and responsive, quickly addressing a broken pipe on arrival and sending doughnuts as an apology. They also had paper towels delivered when we ran out.-Beds and pillows were comfortable.-Kitchen was stocked with most basics.-Relatively clean overall.Cons:-No guide book or instructions for check-out, TV use, or general house info.-Not much comfortable seating (some photos in listing showed furniture that was no longer there)-No window coverings for privacy, including in bedrooms, which left us feeling exposed.-No streetlights on the street outside the home. -Kitchen had no dish rags or towels, and hardly any paper towels to start (though the hosts were very quick to remedy this).-A bottle of bed bug spray was left in plain sight — we didn’t experience any bed bugs, but it was still unsettling.-The space was not completely clean (a few bugs were found on the floor when we arrived, the oven had a lot of grease at the bottom)-The property is attached to another unit in the back (something wasn't in the listing).Overall:The stay worked well for a short trip, and the hosts’ kindness stood out, but this property lacks some basic comforts and details that make a stay feel truly comfortable. We’d recommend it if being close to downtown is your top priority and you’re okay with a few inconveniences.

Perfect location for our golf trip. Nice central location, minutes from 25. House was very comfortable and well equipped.

The kitchen didn't have a towel, cloth or paper towels. There were only 4 tissues left in a box. Flushing the private bathroom toilet was a mystery that we had to figure out. Bath sink hot and cold were reversed. Only 1 face cloth on site. We had to clean the patio before we used it. I gave 3 stars cuz the host quickly replaced the missing coffee pot. The overall landscaping was sub-standard.

We came for a short stay in Denver to celebrate a 16 to birthday. Our stay was great! Good location and comfortable house.

Cute 3 bedroom, two bath house in good neighborhood and close to what Denver has to offer.

Had a great stay. Comfortable and cutely decorated. When we arrived, the cleaning service had not restocked hand soap, body wash, dish soap, or dish washer pods. We informed the host who apologized and had the items shipped that day to the house. Also, when reheating leftover pizza one night, the oven began smoking like crazy. We discovered the bottom of the oven was covered in grease. The property has a very versatile toaster oven and we didn't need the oven for any serious cooking so it wasn't a problem for us. The host, when notified, offered to have someone come by that day and clean it, but we deferred since we didn't need it. The kitchen was well equipped, but it would have been nice to have a few more plates and bowls as we ran out of clean ones quickly. Also, a couple dish rags and towels and a sponge scrubber would be appreciated (rather than using paper towels for everything). Would definitely stay here again given the great location (close to lots plus only a few blocks from our grandchildren), the accomodations, and the responsiveness of the host.

Beautiful rooms and great amenities provided. Loved the simple to use thermostat which helps if you’re cold or hot! The bed was very comfortable as well.

Pink Door is an amazing getaway spot!

A group of my partner and I’s friends stayed at the Pink Door for a long weekend. Evelyn the host was so hospitable! They provided a detailed and clear check-in note, amazing recommendations for food in the area and check out was a breeze! When we arrived to the house after a later flight the lights were on to welcome us and a sweet welcome note was at the door. The house is decorated really well and was the perfect amount of space for our group of 6. The beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable (significantly better than an hotel I have ever stayed in). The location is close to all the fun downtown things to do - just a short and cheap ($10-15) Uber away. There are some really wonderful spots to eat and explore within walking distance as well. I highly recommend staying here!

Needs some attention

I will preface this by saying I am not a fussy traveler or generally critical person. But this property does need some attention. At first glance, cute property inside and out. We were expecting a welcome book of some sort with restaurant, grocery nearby, things to do, but none was provided. Neighborhood a bit transitional. Lawn needed mowing. Outside patio table broken. Shower curtain in bad need of a good wash. Handsoap in bathroom empty. Hair left in bathroom garbage can. Blood (?) stains on bedroom pillows, (all white linens). No privacy shades on bedroom, even though two are adjacent to a sidewalk to attached back property. My sister and I both had someone bang on our windows in the middle of the night. Hot / cold water faucets reversed in master bath, I could have easily remedied had I had my tools. But another easy detail that’s been overlooked. I’m sure it was a much more polished space when new to VRBO, but someone has not been paying attention to details regarding cleaning and maintenance. We still had a nice visit due to company, weather, and sightseeing, but as the party responsible for the reservation, I was a bit embarrassed. I wish the owner would have contacted me directly for feedback as that would have been the best place to communicate my concerns, but not trip follow up came my way until now.
