HOT TUB & Location location location near The Broadmoor, World Arena and ice Skating facilities, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, the mountains and downtown. This one bedroom, one bathroom unit is perfect for easy access to the Air Force Academy, Ft Carson, Manitou Springs, shopping, dining, mountain biking and hiking. Many tourist attractions nearby! Winter skiing is only a short trip into the mountains. Private entrance and off-street parking. Comfy king-size bed, kitchen has air fryer, microwave and 2 spot hot plate, Nespresso coffee, fridge, as well as dining area, full bathroom and laundry in unit. This is in a home and has own entrance. Note: HOT tub is OPEN!

WOW! This was a great place to stay. Modern, clean, quiet, and cozy. The driveway was a bit tricky to navigate with our full size truck but we managed it. Glad that we arrived in the daylight for navigating and parking for the first time. Return trip after dinner was no problem through. We would stay here again if we were to visit the area again.

Would definitely stay again!

Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. Comfortable bed. Beautiful shower. We didn’t cook, but everything was there had we wanted to. There’s even a grill on the patio. Communication with Todd and Jessica was easy. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

Colorado Springs first trip

This studio apartment is connected to the owners house and you enter through a shared garage. The location is great for those doing activities in the Colorado Springs area. We enjoyed our stay!

Great accomodations in Colorado Springs

My wife and I went to Colorado for a funeral - not the choice reason for going to CO but got to go to CO nontheless. Contacted Todd a few times and responses were quick and very accomodating. The property was very clean and comfortable for us to use to sleep and have morning coffee. Thank You Todd and Jennifer for sharing your place and making the stay very easy.

Perfect Getaway Spot For Two!

My husband and I booked this VRBO for a very quick business getaway. We were so happy with the VRBO. This location was close to all the things we needed yet it a nice, quiet neighborhood that fells tucked away from the city. The space is located in the owners home basement area off of the garage, but you would never know that once you are inside or on the grounds. We felt we had ampule privacy here. You enter through the garage, which is well kept and very clean, into your private rental. There is a private bathroom, a kitchen area with all the things you could need (no over, but who needs that on vacation) and the sleeping area is perfect with the most comfortable bed! What a treat after a long day in the car. The hot tub is located just a few steps from the door to the rental in a secluded spot, I was worried that it might be on their deck and not feel private, but that was not the case. I loved how clean this VRBO was. You can see the owners take great pride in their space. We saw the owners only once early in the morning and had a great chat with Todd. He was so helpful answering all of our questions and gave us a great suggestion for lunch in Manitou Springs. Such a nice guy! Do not hesitate on renting this VRBO, it is quite great, you won't be disappointed!

Very Relaxing!!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, Todd and Jennifer were amazing! They were very sweet and accommodating. The studio was very clean and organized. It had a full size washer and dryer (which I loved). It had a full size fridge and a walk in shower. The hot tub was amazing and clean we used it almost every night. The overall look of the property was amazing. It was so beautiful and quiet! It was exactly what we had been looking for!!

Wonderful stay

The wife and I stayed here for a few night during our trip to Colorado. The place was clean, well described from the listing and hosts were very helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay in one of the most beautiful places in this country. Easy access to all kinds of outdoor activities and off the beaten path enough to be quiet and relaxing.
