Cette location fait partie de notre belle maison Ă  quelques pas des sentiers du Jardin des Dieux. Il a une grande chambre avec plafond voĂ»tĂ© avec 2 puits de lumiĂšre, ventilateur de plafond et spacieuse salle de bain principale. Il y a une mezzanine avec un canapĂ©-lit. La chambre a un joli bureau surĂ©levĂ©, installĂ© pour votre ordinateur portable avec un clavier et une souris sans fil. En bas, il y a un salon spacieux avec un grand tĂ©lĂ©viseur HD. Internet haute vitesse sans fil. La kitchenette est Ă©quipĂ©e d'un mini-rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, d'un four micro-ondes et d'un grille-pain. Il n'y a pas de poĂȘle. De la kitchenette, vous sortez sur un patio semi-privĂ© partagĂ© avec les propriĂ©taires, avec un bain Ă  remous pour en profiter. À l'arriĂšre, il y a une belle cour arriĂšre entiĂšrement clĂŽturĂ©e, avec un joli foyer et un grand patio en bĂ©ton en plus des lits plantĂ©s entourant l'herbe et Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du patio. Excellent location with an quick and easy walk and a little bit of hike up the Siamese Twins, and a short drive to the Garden of the Gods entrance. The home was very clean and roomy. Our dog loved the backyard more than anything else on the entire trip! One thing I would point out just as an FYI is, the only bathroom is upstairs, not an issue for us at all though. I also didn’t mind the skylight above the bed as much as I though I would, and it was pretty cool to see a couple of stars laying down in the bed.

So Homey

Our stay felt just like home. The backyard is a serene dream. We did the Manitou incline and the bus parking lot to get to it was only about 6 minutes down the road. Luke was very helpful & kind. We would stay again if we are back in town.

We have always enjoyed awesome mountain setting nestled right up against the foothills at the base of Pikes Peak, the deep blue skies and the numerous sunny days we have here. We love hiking and the opportunities are endless here. Skiing 2 hours away. What's not to like!?

We moved here after many years of living in the mountains at 8500 ft. We were very choosy about the location of where we would live in the Springs. This home was the perfect location for us. So close to many trails and parks which we love to access. There are lots of fun festivals in Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City besides good restaurants and shops. When we need a mountain fix, we can access them easily from here. This neighborhood has old growth trees, and no two houses are the same. This is not a track home! But it is a very scenic special neighborhood.

We love the fact that we can walk up the street and be in Garden of the Gods for awesome hikes and views that we never get tired of. Down the street Amada Fonda has a really nice outdoor creekside dining area for drinks and Mexican food. Or visit the shops, penny arcade, and restaurants and bars in funky Manitou Springs. Drive to the top of 14,000 Pikes Peak in the summer. Or take the Cog Railway to the top. The 5 Star Broadmoor Hotel is 20 minutes away. Besides the great hiking in Garden of the Gods, there is Red Rocks only minutes away. Colorado Springs offers nightlife on Tejon Street, 5 miles away. Or just go 2 miles to Colorado Mountain Brewery. White water raft 2 hours away. Olympic Training Center 20 minutes, Royal Gorge Suspension Bridge 1 hr, Cripple Creek Casinos 50 minutes, Air Force Academy 25 minutes. Warm and dry in summer.
