New Private Cottage with Hot Tub Steps from Garden of the Gods

Welcome to the best of all worlds: a sunny, secluded, private, and newly-built cottage that's also walking distance from Old Colorado City and Garden of the Gods. Only a mile from Manitou Springs. Relax in this two-bedroom cottage with natural light, bright artwork on the walls, and a full, spacious kitchen. A 2-person hot tub is available in the private back patio. Enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine on the front or back patios that face the mountains. Deer and rabbits abound. A peaceful cottage central to both hiking and shopping. Privacy fencing around property.

This is a brand new, spacious cottage set behind the main house with sleeping for 3 (though we can accomodate a 4th if they're willing to sleep on the couch). Access is from a dirt road, and we have parking for two cars (please check with us about tall RV's before booking). There is a spacious front patio as well as a private back patio off of the main bedroom.

The cottage was great for a relaxing weekend away. The kitchen was fully stocked with the supplies we needed to cook all our meals - they even had seasonings and aluminum foil! Bonus points for having an electric tea kettle! The shower had great pressure and great drainage - an absolute must! We took a nice long walk into Garden of the Gods. It's really a nice place overall.

We loved this cottage stay! It was one of the cutest, most stylish places we've stayed in, with fun and gorgeous details - from the art on the walls to the bright bedside decorations. There was nothing missing; anything we could have wanted was considered. The couch was super cozy and we indulged in a few movies on the big TV, but also appreciated the proximity to great nature and an amazing vintage/record store (thanks for that rec). Hot tub was perfect and sweet for two; we soaked twice a day! Great communication, thoughtful hosts. Thank you so much, really hoping to return.

Perfect place for a quick weekend getaway. The cottage was immaculate and it had everything we needed for our stay. My husband loved the giant TV and I enjoyed looking through the book collection. Hosts were easy to communicate with and we absolutely enjoyed the quiet, private space. We will definitely be back to explore more of the area and relax in this beautiful cottage. Highly recommend!

The Cottage was really comfortable, beautifully furnished and really quiet. The owners have gone the extra mile making sure it is well stocked with bathroom and kitchen essentials. It had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. The back yard with the tub was private and the tub was a great bonus after a long days hiking. Great TV with all the streaming apps. We loved its location near the Garden of the Gods, Red Rock Canyon and Manitou Springs. We ate in mostly and the kitchen had everything we needed, I really appreciated all the herbs and spices. Walking distance to bars and restaurants in Old Colorado Springs and Safeway’s supermarket. The deer passed by nearly everyday which was a highlight of the trip. Will definitely stay again if we make it back next year.

Sweet Little House

This property provided all the amenities needed to make it feel like home away from home. I appreciated the suitcase holders and ample wall hooks to maximize storage space. The owners were very kind and allowed my 9-year old to jump on their trampoline to burn off some extra energy from the car ride to Colorado Springs. The furnishings such as the couch and beds were super comfy! Would definitely stay again and will be marking this location as a favorite.

Perfect Hideaway in Manitou

This was the perfect little hideaway for my husband and I as we enjoyed our first vacation- just the two of us- in a very long time! Probably the cleanest vacation rental I've stayed in and just big enough for 2 people. Location was perfect for exploring Manitou, Pikes Peak and even a day trip to zipline in Canon City!

This cottage was exactly what I was looking for. It is decorated beautifully and had all the extra touches needed for this trip. It is located near Garden Of the Gods and close to the shops and restaurants in Manitou. I had to contact the host for a quick question and she responded immediately. I highly recommend this rental!

I've lived in Denver for 4 years and now Colorado Springs for 4 years. I love living so close to Garden of the Gods and feel like Colorado Springs has the amenities of a big city but lots of small areas like Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs that offer quaint, quirky activities. I like walking around in Red Rocks Open Space and am excited to have guests that will get to experience the beauty and fun of Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and truly steps away from Garden of the Gods (I walk there often). I see deer and rabbits every day. It's close to Manitou Springs and walking distance from Old Colorado City so it's very easy to get to restaurants, shopping, or local events. Walking distance to a grocery store.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This is a new cottage with big windows that let in lots of natural light. 2-person hot tub facing the mountains in a private back patio. This patio also makes it ideal for eating breakfast outside or sitting and watching the sunset with a cocktail. Comfortable couches and a spacious kitchen to cook in. Unlike many rentals that are empty or grey, this cottage has vibrant and unique art and was designed by 3 artists.
