Vous ferez l'expĂ©rience de cette partie de la villa aussi agrĂ©ablement que les espaces de vie et de chambre joliment et Ă©lĂ©gamment meublĂ©s. Everything was perfect! Home well stocked, had everything we needed it wanted, rental agency was on top of everything. Perfect experience and would not change a thing!

Highly Recommended!

Our entire family loved the home. Amenities for everyone from teen to adults. Swimming, fishing, game night. Perfect distance to groceries and other services. So much to do in drives of less than an hour.

Beautiful property. The home is exactly as shown

We rented a boat and tied to the dock. We heated the pool for additional hours as it was cool a few days and the electricity bill was still reasonable. A great rental.

Great New Years Trip

The house was amazing, nicer than the pictures. Had a little trouble heating the pool because before we got there the weather was so cold, but the hot tub was amazing. Super clean house and beds were very comfortable! Bird cage was gone due to hurricane but for this time of year it didn’t deter us too much! Will definitely go back!

Picture Perfect

Our family of 5 loved loved loved this rental. The pool and spa were amazing with pool floats and spa heating up to 104 degrees. Location is good if you don’t mind driving 20 min or so for activities. Area is safe and quite. The canal was beautiful as well. This house had everything we were looking for and exceeded our expectations!!

The pool is everything and more!

The outdoor area of this house is fantastic. Being on the water was fun to watch boats go by and see fish swimming. Mattresses could be replaced, especially in the master. That was our only real complaint. Kitchen was fully stocked. We grilled on the patio several nights which was fun while the kids swam. We used the pool multiple times each day, from 8am until well into the evening. Close proximity to grocery stores and dining. Overall a great rental property!!

Perfect

The house was beautiful, clean and in a great location. We absolutely loved the view of the canal from our lanai and the dock. Spent many a day in the pool and evening on the lanai watching the fish jump. The pool has a solar cover that was easy to remove and put back on. It kept the pool very warm. We also rented a boat and were able to navigate back to the house through the canals. We docked the boat at the house when we were ready for a break. We highly recommend this home, and only wish it were available next year so we could rebook!

Amazing!!!

The pictures and description provided don’t do this house justice! This home is tastefully decorated and everything is very comfortable. We were impressed with all of the little amenities, the pool toys, the drying rack for the towels, the plastic cups with straws for the pool, the wireless speaker to take outside (we were outside quite a bit so it goes without saying that the pool is incredible!). The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful so it was easy to relax and enjoy life at a slower pace. It was a short drive to the grocery store and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Having both ceramic and plastic plates was a plus and made eating outside a simple choice. We enjoyed our stay and if we ever travel back to the area, I would definitely stay in this amazing home again!!

Heaven On Earth!

For years my son has been asking me to book a home where he could see the sunrise & set. Well, this house offers both. The most beautiful scenery ever! As for home itself, it was a little smaller than homes we've stayed in previously but who needs all that extra space when it has everything, and I do mean everything you could ask for. We loved the house so much that we wanted to book it for next year, however, we had one issue which was the AC did not work efficiently on the side of the house where our son stayed. So the temperature of his room was warm during the entire stay. Hence the 4 star rating. He had to set up a fan that he found in the closet to get some type of coolness. The house manager, Jen, was exceptional!!! She addressed any issue we had within minutes. As for the A/C issue she did her best. The A/C tech came out and did something one day while we were out of the house and it seemed to work for one night. Again Jen tried to get it resolved for us because she also felt the warmth in the room. However the A/C tech told her there was nothing they could do because the sun hits that side of the house all day. She and I both did not agree with him because the room was still warm during the evenings. Other than that, we had a fabulous time. Enjoyed the pool which was warm from the sun everyday. If you're a seafood lover, check out Lobster Lady, for BBQ, the Big 8 BBQ. Hopefully the owners will get the ac fixed and we'll be back next year.

Fantastic!

This was our first time to SW Florida and it did not disappoint! The house was beautiful, clean, close proximity to grocery stores and the beach. They had everything from dishes to pool toys to beach chairs. The check in process was very easy as well as the checkout. I especially loved that the master bedroom was on the opposite side of the others! The pool was very large as well being 6ft at the deepest. We loved sitting out at night on the boat dock watching the fish jump and boaters go by. The neighborhood was very nice as well and safe. I cannot say enough great things about this property, we will definitely be back in the very near future!

Villa La Vida

Der Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Aufgrund der aktuellen Coronakrise mussten wir 2 Tage lĂ€nger bleiben, was kein Problem war. Hier nochmals ein großes Dankeschön.
