Three Green Retreat offre un emplacement idéal sur Briarwood Circle et repose à côté du Par 3, 16th tee. Situé à proximité du club-house de Pinehurst, faites une courte promenade à travers le 18e fairway. À la maison, profitez de beaucoup d'espace, d'une salle de billard, du WIFI, de téléviseurs HD partout, d'une cour arrière privée et d'un jacuzzi extérieur. Meubles, lits ainsi que tous les draps sont fournis. Pour les fêtes de mariage, vous serez satisfait des miroirs extra-larges dans chaque chambre!

Pour ceux qui ne sont pas familiers avec la région de Pinehurst, veuillez comprendre que seuls les parcours # 1- # 5 sont joués vers / depuis le légendaire Pinehurst Country Club. Les magnifiques # 6 - # 8 sont situés dans des zones résidentielles voisines.


Un itinéraire difficile!: Les visites semblent se dérouler de cette façon:

1. Petit-déjeuner sur le porche arrière tout en regardant la préparation de la journée de Pinehurst # 3

2. Le golf

3. Après un tour (ou deux), détendez-vous sur le porche arrière, soyez un spectateur de golf ou passez peut-être quelques minutes dans le jacuzzi

4. Dîner dans l'un des meilleurs de la région

5. Billard au niveau inférieur

C'est un itinéraire difficile; nous espérons que vous êtes à la hauteur. N'en faites pas trop - vous devrez peut-être répéter cette routine demain.


Détails chambres: Notre maison offre 5 chambres (8 lits au total) et 3. 5 salles de bains:
~ Rez-de-chaussée: une chambre double avec lits jumeaux et une demi-salle de bain.
~ Niveau supérieur: Une suite king (comprend salle de bain / douche) et deux chambres supplémentaires qui contiennent chacune 2 lits jumeaux, plus une salle de bain complète.
~ Niveau inférieur: Une chambre avec lit queen et salle de bain complète.
Les autres caractéristiques de la maison comprennent une cuisine entièrement équipée, une grande salle à manger (pouvant accueillir 8 personnes), un salon avec cheminée, une buanderie et un accès sans fil. Depuis le salon et la salle à manger de l'étage principal, trois ensembles de portes françaises mènent à une terrasse ouverte spacieuse et à un porche grillagé offrant une vue magnifique sur le parcours. Le niveau inférieur fini comprend une salle de billard complète avec bar ainsi qu'un accès à la cour et au jacuzzi.

Le nettoyage est effectué par une entreprise de nettoyage professionnelle. De plus, tous les draps sont nettoyés hors site pour un assainissement optimal.

Great Golf Course Home in Pinehurst !!

This was, without a doubt, the best rental experience we ever had in Pinehurst. The location, amenities and atmosphere was simply top notch. The owner was friendly, obliging, and very attentive to our family's needs. We cannot wait to stay there again !!!

Awesome location

We enjoyed having this location for our son’s golf state championship tournament. It kept him rested and right in the middle of the fun. The only downfall was missing the sign on the way to the basement and knocking our heads one good time

The Perfect Pinehurst Home

We stayed at the property with 8 adult golfers ready for a wonderful Pinehurst experience and we were pleasantly surprised that our VRBO lived up to the billing 100%. Perfect Golf Trip Home

Excellent location! The home was well equipped for our buddies golf trip. Host was very helpful as well. When returning to Pinehurst, we will certainly book again! Perfect to have 8 golfers and have no one sharing a bed. Multiple areas to gather and hang out, TONS of space. Home was very reasonably priced for all that was inculded.

Prime Location

Location was perfect for my golf group. Hot tub was a great feature for after a long day of golf. The screened in patio provided a nice get together room on a rainy evening. The only thing I would recommend would be some simple updates to make this 5 stars. Bedroom TV’s for one. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely like to return and highly recommend this house.

Perfect for our group

We had 8 golfers (all guys in their 40's & 50's) at Three Green Retreat in April 2013 and it was just perfect! The house was just as advertised and the owner, Scott, couldn't have been more helpful. The screened porch was perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails and the hot tub was a welcome luxury after 36 holes of golf. Our entire group recommends this house and this owner highly. Thanks Scott!

Great location with all of the comforts of home

5 people from my company stayed at this home in lieu of hotel rooms for a corporate event at Pinehurst. The layout with 3 BR up, one on main, and one in the basement worked out perfectly. Upon arrival the house was very clean and everything is labeled well. Our first night we grilled steaks and then breakfast the next morning was made. The kitchen had everything we needed. A lot of time was spent on the porches which are awesome. It was fun to come off the 15th green of #3 and see the rest of our party at the house. I would definitely recommend the home to any group of guys looking to stay on a golf retreat! Scott was great to communicate and provide every detail needed to make the stay enjoyable.

Three Green Retreat is perfect for a guys golf getaway

We had a great time at your house. The guys really enjoyed your house as well, the overall quality of the home, the location, the amenities (HDTV, outdoor speakers, pool table)… it was perfect for us. We could walk into the village to enjoy the pubs and restaurants. The house is on Pinehurst #3's 16th hole, a 182 yard par 3, so it was fun to watch some people play. Three Green Retreat was plenty big for 8 guys, we had everything we needed, and spent plenty of time on the back porch enjoying some cold beers while recapping the golf rounds. We barbecued one night and your kitchen came equipped with everything we needed – down to the grilling tongs and spatula. All we had to do was bring ourselves, fill the fridge with some food and beer, and you had everything else we could ask for. It was perfect. We’re already talking about a return trip in 2011 and we will most certainly want to come back to your house, only this time add an extra day or two (3 nights / 3 days was just too short).

Fantastic stay in Three Green Retreat

This was the perfect home for my family and grandchildren for an extended stay surrounding a family wedding. Property is very spacious - we didn’t even get to use the finished basement or pool table- no time :( we also never had time for the hot tub which is a bonus. Perfectly located on Pinehurst 3 which regrettably was not available to book a tee time. The main living spaces have been updated beautifully. Some of the bedrooms and baths could use updating, which I believe is in the plan, but for the cost and amount of space this home was incredible. The screened porch and second covered porch were wonderful hang out spaces that we used throughout our stay. The owner, Scott was very communicative and allowed a late checkout which took the stress off of our last day. Thank you for everything!!!

We had a great stay at this home for the first 3 days of our 8 guy golf trip. The house was clean, easy check in and access, every guy had their own bed, etc. It was exactly what we needed for our home base to start the trip. We played Tobacco Road and Mid Pines the days we stayed here before moving over to a villa at Pinehurst to play those courses. One night we even walked straight from the back patio, across a few holes on #3, up to putt at Thistle Dew, and walked back in the dark. It was awesome. The front entry has been recently remodeled and looks great, and I'm sure there will be more to come. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Scott was was easy to communicate with and checked in to make sure things were going smoothly. All in all, you can't go wrong with this home.

Great location for Pinehurst. If you grew up in the 70’s you’ll live it. A lot of original features. Needs a lot of updates. Popcorn ceiling falling. Even has the original trash compactor, don’t use.

Great golf location

Very close to golf. Lovely screened in back porch. Owner was available to respond at check in. Could use some updates or repairs to ceiling (flaking in great room), hallway painting, and thorough cleaning (under couch cushions, in drawers etc.). Would stay here again if in the area.

We live in CT and play golf regularly at a wonderful old (1917) Willie Park JR designed course.

After making a few trips to Pinehurst for the annual 'guys golf' trip, the allure of the area was simply too strong. In the Spring of 2008, we made a family trip to the area. Fate brought us to our home as we rented (through VRBO) the house directly across the street and stared at the For Sale sign on the Three Green Retreat for 3-4 days. Although this property was priced considerably higher than what we originally were seeking, the panoramic views of the golf course were too amazing to pass up.

After viewing some properties in the Myrtle Beach area, we returned to CT. After a few phones calls and some serious number crunching, we decided that the quiet, quaint Village of Pinehurst was the right destination for us!
