Equipped with a gourmet kitchen & finely appointed furnishings welcome you inside. This property was designed to ensure you have a memorable experience in Pinehurst.

On the inside of the home, there is room for the entire group to relax and unwind. In the living room area, there is a custom sign, hung on a plant wall. This is the perfect opportunity to take your Insta-worthy photo! Sprawl out and enjoy your favorite show on the 70” smart TV. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all of your cooking essentials. French press, drip, and coffee machines are all provided, so you can wake up and enjoy your favorite cup of coffee before heading out to start the day.

In the backyard, you can grill up your favorite meal. Enjoy conversation and your favorite beverage while sitting under the covered patio. Kids can enjoy playing the outdoor games provided.

We work around the clock to ensure that our guests can feel safe staying in our home. Using CDC guidelines, surfaces are cleaned with a 99% bleach solution to be disinfected before each guest's arrival. Unlike standard hotel practices, we strip quilt coverlets and bedspreads and launder them between guests.

Please be advised that the Village of Pinehurst is very strict with new ordinances regarding short-term rentals. There are no parties allowed on the premises. No sound systems are allowed to be brought onto the property by guests. The occupancy is limited to 10 overnight guests and 4 cars are allowed on the property. Please keep these in mind when booking the house- thanks!

During your stay, you'll also have access to our full-time property manager. She will contact you the day before your arrival to help you arrange for any special needs so you can have the best experience possible!

There is a one-time, non-refundable $225 cleaning fee.
