Location & Charm! Just Steps to Downtown & Beach!

Little Daffodil is a classic 1939 beach cottage located in the heart of Folly Beach. Just steps to the restaurants and shops of Center St, and a very short two block stroll to the beach, and new fishing pier. Beach access path is located directly across the street from this property. The comfy couch converts to a full-size sleeper as well to make this the perfect cozy getaway for as many as 2-3guests.

With an open-bungalow living concept, Little Daffodil features a combined kitchen and living area, and a separate bedroom and bathroom. The quaint coastal cottage kitchen features new appliances, and counter seating. Additionally, Little Daffodil is outfitted with two 55" smart tvs and high speed internet throughout. Though a cozy footprint, the vaulted ceilings allow for airy and comfortable living.

Little Daffodil has two private outdoor living areas: including a covered screened porch facing W. Cooper Ave, and a private deck facing the Daffodil Compound courtyard. An off street parking space is guaranteed and there is ample street parking as well.

Little Daffodil is part of the landmark Daffodil compound, and shares an outdoor common area that includes: lounge areas, garden shower, and beautiful lush tropical landscaping. This property can be rented alone or in conjunction with Wee Daffodil and/or Big Daffodil to sleep as many as 12 guests.

What a simply perfect time we had at Daffodil. The space was so comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed for our visit. We only wish we could have stayed for a month or two....but back to work. Thank you to our wonderful hosts for allowing us to enjoy their little slice of heaven there on Folly.Highly recommend, and will definitely return.

A wonderful cottage in a great location! The cottage was very comfortable and provided everything we could need. The location was excellent! I felt safe walking our dog early and late. It was such an easy walk to the beach and several restaurants. I would not hesitate to recommend this property or stay here again. It was a fantastic experience.

This place was PERFECT!! Clean, well-stocked, cozy, and in a prime location. We especially appreciated plenty of pillows and cute little touches that made it feel like home. This didn't feel like a vacation rental!! We hated to leave :)

What a fabulous little cottage. Very clean, bright and welcoming. The location is great. Just off the beaten path, but still very close to the shops, restaraunts and bars. We would stay here again.

Fantastic place

This is the perfect spot for a couple. The location is perfect for all restaurants, shops, and the Folly pier. The house is clean, organized, and has everything you need for a long weekend away. The hosts are phenomenal and very responsive. We will definitely be back!

This was a out second visit to Folly Beach and we truly enjoyed our stay at Lil Daffodil. You can't beat the location, so close to restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. Very lovely place, nicely appointed and adequate for two. Well kept and maintained. Highly recommend.

Sweet 16 Celebration

My daughter and I had our first mother/daughter trip for her sweet 16. The Little Daffodil was a perfect place to stay! So quaint and clean! Quick walk to town and to Folly beach! Last day ended with a Street Festival!We are definitely going to take a trip back in the warm weather! Thank you for allowing us to make some wonderful memories!

I am born and raised in Charleston and Michael is a transplant who has lived here for many years. We live just down the street at the end of East Ashley Avenue, almost to the Morris Island Lighthouse. Our other Folly rentals include the rest of The Daffodil Cottages Compound (Daffodil Big 2br/2bth and Daffodil Little 1br/1bth) and two cottages in the east end know as Marshmellow 2br/2bth and Oleander 3br/2bth. It is located on our quiet east end street and offers marsh and ocean views from the front and rear decks. Also, If interested in staying in downtown Charleston for a few nights, we have 3, two bedroom apartments located at the corner of Warren and St Philip Streets that we run through vrbo as well! We own and operate Stella's Restaurant and Mosaic Catering + Events as well. If any questions at all about the area, do not hesitate to reach out. We love our island and are always excited to share information!
