Beach Front avec vue sur Folly Fishing Pier. Ce charmant cottage récemment rénové dispose de 2 lits queen-size et d'un lit king-size ainsi que d'un canapé-lit queen-size. La cuisine ouverte dispose de comptoirs en granit et d'une vue sur l'océan pendant que vous cuisinez. Le plan d'étage ouvert permet pour la conversation facile et divertissant. Planchers de bois franc, escalier en colimaçon, laveuse et sécheuse, ventilateurs de plafond dans toutes les chambres. Nice view and close access to the beach. The bathroom has some hair in the shower when we checked in besides that a nice visit.

This rental was perfect for my husband and I and our dog. The king bed in the loft area was very comfortable. Beautiful ocean views. Great deck and little yard with gates- perfect for our dog. Plenty of lawn chairs on the deck too! Situated in a quiet area yet within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Not too far a drive to many amazing parks with extensive biking trails. Responsive owner! We had a fantastic time!

What a great little house on the beach! My wife and I decided to spend a long weekend here and it was well worth it. We found the house to be very clean and the view was fantastic. Best part is that the house is just ten yards from the beach and it comes with a fenced in yarn so you can leave the dogs outside to dry off after a nice day on the beach.

Though a smaller property, the view and how the house were excellent. For my wife, myself and our 2 bassets it was cozy and inviting. From sitting out on the back deck and listening to the ocean, to a very nice living space that was not cluttered with a bunch of knick knacks. And it had a wonderful view of the ocean, especially at sunrise. The kitchen was nicely appointed but could use a toaster instead of a toaster oven, which we do love. And as for the pups, the owner was very thoughtful and provided covers for the furniture and bed, which was a welcome surprise since we bring ours also. Communication was also excellent. If you bring you pets though, make sure they are able to negotiate stairs and we knew this in advance. Our older basset had some trouble, but handled it like a champ. Look forward in the future to staying here again.

Wonderful Beach House

This is a fantastic place to stay! It is right on the beach, close to downtown Folly Beach, and the owner is very kind.

It is just far enough away frrom downtown to be away from the fray, but close enough to walk and enjoy all the activities it offers. Next time try the house next door the "Majestic Sandcastle" (Property ID #175149) which sleeps (10) and gives everyone room to spread out. It is great for multi-generation families, many repeat customers who visit year after year. Hope to see you again!

Chastain's Front Beach Cottages has been on Folly Beach since the 1940's. Lunnette Kinard is affectionately known as "Miss Folly Beach" and was the official beauty pageant winner as well as runner up in the state. She is retired but having a great time "supervising". Alicia is now managing the properties.

Lunnette built this home on the front beach in 1980. It is a darling front beach home with master bedroom loft. It has a great view of the pier and is a six block walk to center street. You are close enough to walk but don't have all the traffic of center street area.
