Beach Front avec vue sur Folly Fishing Pier. Ce charmant cottage récemment rénové dispose de 2 lits queen-size et d'un lit king-size ainsi que d'un canapé-lit queen-size. La cuisine ouverte dispose de comptoirs en granit et d'une vue sur l'océan pendant que vous cuisinez. Le plan d'étage ouvert permet pour la conversation facile et divertissant. Planchers de bois franc, escalier en colimaçon, laveuse et sécheuse, ventilateurs de plafond dans toutes les chambres. Though a smaller property, the view and how the house were excellent. For my wife, myself and our 2 bassets it was cozy and inviting. From sitting out on the back deck and listening to the ocean, to a very nice living space that was not cluttered with a bunch of knick knacks. And it had a wonderful view of the ocean, especially at sunrise. The kitchen was nicely appointed but could use a toaster instead of a toaster oven, which we do love. And as for the pups, the owner was very thoughtful and provided covers for the furniture and bed, which was a welcome surprise since we bring ours also. Communication was also excellent. If you bring you pets though, make sure they are able to negotiate stairs and we knew this in advance. Our older basset had some trouble, but handled it like a champ. Look forward in the future to staying here again.

Fabulous view! Very dog friendly This house had everything you could need. Even though it was winter cold, you could enjoy full sun and the ocean sitting on the deck.Great location

We had a great time staying at Ocean Front Coastal Charm! It was very accommodating to our 2 pups with the fenced in yard and beautiful deck right on the beach! The house was very comfortable for us to with a great kitchen!Thank you!!

What a great little house on the beach! My wife and I decided to spend a long weekend here and it was well worth it. We found the house to be very clean and the view was fantastic. Best part is that the house is just ten yards from the beach and it comes with a fenced in yarn so you can leave the dogs outside to dry off after a nice day on the beach.

Perfect beachfront getaway for me, my fiance and our dog. Beautiful view of the beach, super convenient to the restaurants and "strip" while enjoying the quieter beach living vibe. The back deck was perfect for star gazing while the rolling waves provided a soothing serenade. Loved getting up before sunrise and strolling the beach. Everything you need is right there or a few blocks away!

Beach Perfection

We loved the property, especially the proximity to the beach and the exact right distance from the Folly Beach town center. The house was clean and quiet, and it was a 30 second walk to the beach. The deck provided a perfect spot to enjoy a morning beverage and watch the sun rise.

The location was perfect! We enjoyed the view of the beach from the patio, spent lots of time on the beach, and were so pleased that shops and restaurants were within walking distance (1 mile). All aspects of the house were as advertised, but the house could use some updating.

Wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful time at this amazing vacation cottage! The location was the best and being able to bring our pups made it one of the nicest times we have ever spent at the beach. They are truly dog friendly and we were able to relax and know our pups were safe. The house was clean and we had everything we needed for a great week, Thank you so much for having us . Very nice place

The house was very well equipped for a small family or gathering. Most amenities were provided. I was a little disappointed that the host wasn’t willing to work with the very early check out time or pet fee. This fee was tacked on separately from VRBO and was a little annoying to have to pay. There were a lot of stairs to get into the house- would not be ideal for handicapped individuals, older pets, and/or small children. However, the grounds were nice and the location was really great.

Gem of a Property

This property is amazing. The property has everything you could want for a relaxing getaway. There is plenty of space to park, the kitchen is fully stocked, the furniture is comfortable, the decor is spot on and the views from the deck will take your breath away. My husband and I stayed for two weeks with our two dogs. We walked the beach, walked to town and just generally took in the beauty of Folly Beach. Do not miss this gem of a property!

Folly Beach Vacation

This property was perfect for us and our 2 dogs. It has a beautifully fenced in backyard area and direct easy access to the beach. The house is well furnished and exceptionally clean . It is within walking distance to downtown Folly Beach and just a short drive to downtown Charleston . Owners/property mgr was very quick to respond to questions . We highly recommend it !!!

Chastain's Front Beach Cottages has been on Folly Beach since the 1940's. Lunnette Kinard is affectionately known as "Miss Folly Beach" and was the official beauty pageant winner as well as runner up in the state. She is retired but having a great time "supervising". Alicia is now managing the properties.

Lunnette built this home on the front beach in 1980. It is a darling front beach home with master bedroom loft. It has a great view of the pier and is a six block walk to center street. You are close enough to walk but don't have all the traffic of center street area.

Sunrise views, Pier to the right, Short walk to center street (6 blocks). Pet Friendly with Gates at the top of the decks and fenced yard with grill.
