Enjoy the elegance of this breathtaking Private Beach Home professionally decorated with coastal chic and modern flair. This 2-story home has a downstairs kitchenette for easy meal prep with access to the beach deck and mini golf. With floor to ceiling windows, an open concept living area, and enough porch spaces to relax while enjoying your favorite drink and sounds of the ocean. Just minutes from downtown historic St Augustine & Vilano Beach, and a short drive to Jacksonville.

Feel at home with the comfort of central air and heat, a fully equipped kitchen, house linens, TV, Wi-Fi and Putting green w/ Putters + Golf Balls provided.

The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms (1st bedroom has two queen size beds and 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed, top bed is a twin-size bed, lower bed is a full-size bed), 1 full bath, kitchenette, deck with beach access and washer & dryer. 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms (3rd bedroom has a queen size bed and master bedroom has a king-size bed with ensuite bath, featuring a bathtub, and a futon), one additional full bathroom, full kitchen, living & dining area and 4 decks.

You'll have everything you need to enjoy your stay, privacy and comfort with access to the entire house!

A lovely beachfront home.

This was our third stay at this lovely home. We have stayed at many others but this is our favorite. Its beautifully decorated, very comfortable and has everything needed for a wonderful vacation. Perfect for couples and families.

We appreciated all the things(like a door gate) and toys that made it easy with our small children. Beach chairs and towels in large supply was so helpful. Beautiful location and the house was great!

A perfect place to stay

We've stayed in many beach homes and stayed at this one several times. It's definitely our favorite. Nicely decorated, very clean, great location. Lots of windows overlooking the water . Owners added a small putting green since our last visit . A lot of fun.

Great Stay - Beautiful Home

This was an amazing property - exactly as pictured. The location was perfect - we had the beach to ourselves. It also had the shortest walk to the beach - compared to other properties we have stayed in - in the past. The putting green was a huge hit with my kiddos - as were all the beach toys. It was plenty of room - to fit my parents, and my four children. We'll definitely return!

Yet another amazing experience

I vacation in Ponte Vedra frequently for years and now I only stay at this property now. Great for kids and great property owners who care. Never had a problem and only took away amazing memories.

We have been coming to this area every spring for the past seven years, and this is hands down the best home we’ve stayed in. The home was spotlessly clean and spacious. The pictures are extremely accurate and the location is fantastic. The house was well equipped with beach gear: floats, toys, boogie boards, chairs umbrellas, kites, shovels, a wagon and lots of towels. The kitchen was also well equipped for a large group with plenty of silverware, plates, cups and cookware. We had one minor hiccup (which happens at rentals), and the host was extremely prompt in her response. Overall an excellent property and excellent host. We would stay here again!

We are big fans of a house on the beach and this one did not disappoint !!! ThIs house was nice , extra nice in my opinion !!! The beach was close to the house and even better than the pictures !!! And with a house compared to a condo , you have your own little section of the beach all to yourself , which is like a bonus for our family !!! We would recommend this property and would like to stay there again !!!

Lovely House!

The location on the beach was ideal for a family gathering. The house itself had great spaces for reconnecting with an open floor plan. Many nice design elements but also very comfortable. Well-outfitted. We appreciated and used the expansive upper deck as well as the covered outdoor seating by the putting green. The location is very convenient to St. Augustine as well as to the Guana Nature Preserve.This is a case where the photos don't do the house justice. We walked in and said, "Wow".

Our stay at the beach house in Ponte Vedra was nothing short of exceptional! We usually stay out here twice a year and this property provided stunning ocean views and is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and part of the nicer part of Ponte Vedra Beach. The house itself was well furnished, spacious, stylishly decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable vacation.Mornings were spent drinking coffee on the deck while watching the sunrise over the Atlantic, and evenings ended with a glass of wine and the sound of the waves. The private beach access made it easy to enjoy long walks on the shore and stress-free beach days with the family. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home….plush linens, beach gear, and even games and books for rainy afternoons. Plus a bottle of wine left by the owners added a nice touch.Ponte Vedra is the perfect mix of relaxation and sophistication. The hosts were communicative, friendly, and made sure every detail was perfect before and during our stay.We truly didn’t want to leave and are already planning our next visit. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious, serene beach escape. Tyler & Angel

Ponte Vedra Beach house

Our stay was fine. My biggest disappointment was the size of the bunk bedroom and the single queen room. The pictures on line did not accurately portray room size. Also difficulty with some of doors. Front door and lower door near kitchenette need to be adjusted The kitchen inventory needs updated especially when you have a full house. We had 10 and it felt short on glasses and plates. Other items appeared adequate. It mentioned not to take glasses on patio however we were unable to find any acrylic glasses. Thank you for your prompt answers to my questions We love the PV area and have been going there since 2010.

Steps from the Beach

The best things about this home is the vicinity to the beach and that no matter where you are in the home, the beach is visible. Dolphins were around multiple times throughout the day and we even were blessed with a manatee sighting. We didn’t fish while we were there (surprisingly), but the bait balls were visible every evening with the birds strafing down into them to catch dinner. I regret not bringing a pole or two with some fish bites. We’ve stayed at other beach homes where the homes are “on the beach” but the dunes are so wide that you don’t really feel like you’re on the beach. With this house, the beach is right off the back patio. The downstairs patio was a great place to lounge in the shade after the heat of the day became too much. We even set up a baby pool (in the garage when we arrived) in the shade for the kids to play. The hostess was great, making herself available, but not infringing on our privacy. There was nothing that we needed that wasn’t already stocked in the home. The home was very kid friendly as well. We have twin 2 years olds, a 4 year old and a 6 year old and they loved every second of vacation. Even when we did sightseeing in St. Augustine, they all were asking, “can we go back to the beach house?” The house was perfect for the relaxing vacation we were seeking. We will definitely be planning another visit .

A great family beach vacation

We enjoyed our week at this beach house. Location was great with easy access to restaurants and shopping. The views from the house are amazing from the moment you walk in the front door. We were treated to a great lightning storm over the ocean, dolphins, diving pelicans and more. The house was as pictured and described, check-in was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Vacation!

Beautiful property! Fantastic location! Superb accommodations! Only issue is trash pickup. Upon arrival on Saturday, trash cans are full of previous guests' disposals. Group comprised of maximum guests generates much trash, especially if preparing meals. Possibly add another trash receptacle?

Breathtaking Views!

This beautiful house has everything you need to enjoy a perfect vacation. Modern, bright, comfortable, nicely decorated. Great location near restaurants, shopping and local attractions. Perfect stay!

We loved our stay! The house was just as beautiful as the photos, with everything (appliances, furniture and beds) brand new. Very comfortable bedrooms, a great bright and airy floorplan that maximizes the space, and our favorite feature - the large balconies on both floors. Great beach access and a quiet location rounded out a wonderful week. Would definitely recommend!
