(Memorial Day to Labor Day) Will rent weekly in the shoulder season or off-season. 2 bed + sleeper sofa, 2 bath FIRST FLOOR Condo on the East (ocean) side of Rt 1. You can walk to great restaurants and the outlets, will have walking trails close by and are only 3.5 miles to Rehoboth Beach and about 6 miles to Lewes Beach or Cape Henlopen State Park beach. Tastefully decorated, there are many upgrades including new flooring (2020), granite counters and bar countertop with stools and a separate eating area. The kitchen has been equipped with quality kitchen cookware and barware. Enjoy your morning coffee or tea on the screened patio. Enjoy your favorite TV shows on one of the 3 flat-screen TV's with a smart TV located in the living area, and Roku sticks added to the master and 2nd bedroom for streaming. WiFi is also available throughout. The Master Suite has a king bed and master bath. The 2nd Bedroom offers a queen bed and is next to the 2nd full bathroom . Large sofa in the living room offers a queen size pull-out bed. There is also a washer/dryer for your convenience. The community offers a swimming pool from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
