Venez profiter de ce chalet confortable dans la paisible baie de Vista. Construit en 2017, récemment meublé et équipé d'une cuisine gastronomique. Situé plus près du canal et de la baie, vous pourrez profiter de promenades tranquilles la nuit pour admirer les étoiles. Seulement 2-2. À 8 km du centre-ville et de la plage de Rehoboth, il est idéalement situé pour éviter la circulation sur la route 1. Peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes en plus d'un espace de bureau et un parking pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 4 voitures. Pas d'animaux s'il vous plaît!
Du Memorial Day à la fête du Travail, nous préférons les locations du samedi au samedi.

We had a great stay at this Rehoboth Beach property. The house has plenty of space for our family of 4 and very kid friendly. The included beach parking pass was a real bonus and made our beach days completely hassle-free. At about 8 minutes from the beach, the location was convenient without sacrificing a quieter, more residential feel. We’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to other travelers considering this property.

The beautiful flowers in the front yard gave the house great curb appeal. The house was clean and functional. Its located in a nice neighborhood known as Bay Vista. The commute to the beach by car was less the 15 minutes. The booking included a parking pass. The wi-fi in the house was fast. The rental was a good value. My family and I had a great vacation.

The house was great with lots of needs provided for (sponges, hand soap, paper towels etc). The location worked well for driving to the beach. The rooms and beds were very nice and everything was clean. We really enjoyed our stay!

Wish we could have stayed longer

We felt at home as soon as we walked in. The house was clean and well maintained. The beds and furniture are comfortable. While the traffic July 4th weekend was tough, it is an easy drive to the beach and Rehoboth Ave. We would stay again.

Rehoboth Beach Summer Vacation

We had a great time at this home, it is a short distance to the beach (5 min drive) and close to many places without getting caught up in traffic. The property is very clean and everyone had enough space. Sitting in the outside area was a memorable, we were comfortable the entire time and would love to come back.

Lovely home and impeccably furnished. Screened in porch in a shady backyard was perfect for a nap or reading when you are waiting for everyone else to get ready for the beach!

Charming and Quiet

Lovely property located in a quiet neighborhood a few minutes from the beach. Inviting screened in back porch perfect for morning coffee. The kitchen was very well equipped. This is our second year here and once again we had a wonderful stay.

Very nice property!

We had a very nice stay at this property. Everything you need is included, which was so convenient. The property owner provided detailed information about the property and Rehoboth Beach, and was easy to reach by telephone. It’s located on a quiet street and is just a 5-7 minute drive to the beach. It is nicely decorated and there are thoughtful touches throughout.

Jessica and Scott provided every comfort then plus some! Spotless home, beautiful artwork, and the kitchen was stocked with all the gadgets for any meal prep! What a memory my 4 year old grandson will carry with him!

For Jessica & Scott this community has been part of our family's life for 3 generations. We love to get outdoors to go hiking, biking, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Between the boardwalk beaches and the Delaware state park beaches there is a place for everyone.

Our home is situated in a quiet community with easy access to downtown Rehoboth and Dewey Beach. The house was built in 2017 and has a gourmet kitchen and new furnishings throughout. Bay Vista is a quiet community with a mix of rental properties and year round residents. It's tucked just far enough away but it's still close to the heart of this little beach town.

Beyond the beautiful beaches Rehoboth Beach has a variety of attractions for kids large and small. Enjoy play time at Jungle Jim's water park, boardwalk rides, miniature golf, and go-carts .

If you are looking for unique shops, fine dinning or a little night life look no further than Rehoboth Ave. Along route 1 there are many choices for budget minded outlet shoppers or catch a movie at Midway shopping center.

Explore local history through three great-tiny museums the Zwaanendael Museum in Lewis, DE , the Indian River Life-saving Museum south of Dewey Beach, DE and The Nanticoke Indian Museum in Millsboro, DE. Each is well worth an hour of your time.
