Wonderful property in paradise!

Stay here! Have told everyone looking to visit about the property. Kim and crew were wonderful in communication and the property is everything listed. The pool area is so gorgeous at sunset and the decks are amazing for sunrise! Will definitely stay here again the next time I’m on St John!

Perfect!!

Kims was the perfect host. The location was ideal and the house was clean and well equipped. We will definitely stay again if we vacation at St. John.

Great two weeks!

We loved our stay at Papaya!!! The place was exactly how the pictures showed and Kim was a fantastic host!!!! Would definitely recommend!!!!

Great Getaway

We had an amazing time! Location is perfect with the best view. Kim was a great host and even left a little goody basket. Plenty of linens, cooking utensils and beach gear.

Great condo

Kim was an excellent host and so easy to deal with. Her condo was well supplied with your daily needs. Nice location easy to get around the island from there.

Great location!

We needed a place to stay for a short stay and came across Kim’s place. From the moment we booked to the day we arrived we were offered everything we could think of to make our trip easier while traveling with three kids. The attention to detail really made this an amazing experience.

Kim is Amazing!

Kim is an amazing hostess! She provided constant communication from the time we booked the property, until the day we left. She shared lists of activities, restaurants, car rental companies and contact names. We had everything planned before we even arrived on the island. The villa was perfectly located, making it easy to get around. We will definitely stay with Kim again!

Awesome stay

Kim was great! Her place was even better than the pics! Everything was well kept and in great working order. Our place was comfortable and homey. Close to everything we wanted to do. She had a ton of information and was willing to help with anything. We will definitely rent from her again!

Pleasant stay with a great host

Kim is a wonderful host and is very easy to communicate with. She is available close to home, if needed as well. She was kind enough to get us a small Christmas tree for our stay during Christmas. The home has everything you might need for a beach outing - coolers, snorkel gears, chairs, tent, etc. Beds are comfortable and the bedroom a/c helps a tonne. The water pressure in the shower is a bit low but that could just be the way it is in the island.

Great home with an incredible view!

We really enjoyed our stay in Papaya! The huge balcony was definitely the most used space of the unit. You can tell Kim really cares about her property & recently added solar. She gave a ton of info for restaurants & tours that was very helpful for our first trip to the island. There is no AC in the kitchen/living room. We knew this but just wanted to point it out to others if they have a problem with it because it gets super hot cooking on the propane stove. The pool was freezing so unfortunately we didn’t use the beautiful courtyard as much as I thought we would. Lovely place & would definitely come back

Paradise!

Papaya was the perfect place to call home for 9 nights! Our family absolutely loved our St John vacation, and our home was the perfect retreat there. Kim, the owner, is lovely! Everything was exactly how she said it would be. She was so kind to rent from. When we arrived, she met us at the house to show us around, gave us island ideas for things to do, made us a welcome basket and recommended a great little restaurant down the road for dinner (Shambles). Anything we needed, Kim was there to meet the need. She owns several villas and we had the pleasure of staying at Papaya. The villa was perfect for our family of 5! The kitchen was well stocked with every cooking, baking and pantry supply you could need. We enjoyed grilling and making most of our dinners together. The living room was really nice and great to relax in and play games after long days at the beach. The bedrooms were spacious and it was nice to have the ac in there. The dining room table was great to sit around and nice to see out of the large sliding doors. The view from the porch is beautiful! There was a cute little walk over to the pool deck area. We spent several nights in the pool after dinner and long days at the beach. It was so relaxing! Kim and Papaya deserve 10 stars out of 5! She went above and beyond to make our vacation a retreat, and her home, Papaya, was perfect and a place we’d absolutely visit again!
