Perfect for a romantic weekend away, or for a place to rest your head after a big day on the Mountain. Your friendly hosts Kiyo & Peter live next door and look forward to welcoming you.
The suite has a cozy living space with a gas fireplace, 2 seater dining table with full views of Red to ponder your line while you sip your morning coffee. Comfy sofa with a Smart TV with Roku and cable. Fast and reliable Internet.
Kitchenette with mini fridge, toaster oven, hot plate, instantpot, microwave and kettle. For those who need coffee, there is a French press, coffee grinder, kuerig, Aero Press, and a selection of teas.
The 3 piece bathroom has gorgeous tile work and a shower you wonât want to leave. The bedroom has a queen bed, and extra set of sheets, a perfect place to call it a day.
Shared mudroom entry with the owners next door, storage space for your skiâs and 2 bikes with access to storage locker #700 (key conveniently located in the studio). Sorry no pets or laundry.
MINIMUM STAY POLICY
2 night minimum stay Christmas holidays, 2 night minimum winter high season, 2 night minimum otherwise. If you see a 2 day window of opportunity between bookings on property calendar, please contact us!

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
As part of the booking process, we will require that you agree to and sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions.
Approximately 3 to 7 days prior to your arrival we will email you, via DocuSign, our Terms and Conditions to be signed electronically. You are also required to provide your credit card details for the purpose of pre-authorizing a hold of $1000. CAD as a Damage Deposit. The pre-authorization will commence on your day of arrival and automatically expire after check out and property inspection.
Provided that you have completed and signed the Terms and Conditions, you will receive an email approximately 3 days prior to your arrival with self check-In instructions to the property.
FOR LONGER TERM BOOKINGS OF 27 NIGHTS OR MORE
This requires an Occupancy Agreement to be signed along with a non-refundable deposit equal to one month's rent and a Property Condition Guarantee (50% of monthly rental rate) required to be paid.
Cleaning fees charged for longer term stays go towards the departure clean at the end of your stay, additional cleaning charges may apply depending on the state of the property upon check out.
Please note that toiletries and laundry detergent are not supplied for long term bookings. Starter supplies including toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and garbage bags are provided.
