2 Bedroom 1 Bath Renovated Beach Home located on 42nd st. One block from the beach and only steps away from Channel Park on the Bay, this is the perfect location to enjoy your time away from home!
Located on the upper level, our home includes 2 Car Garage Parking, Smart TV, WiFi, a Fully Equipped Kitchen, Washer & Dryer, Bed Linens, Beach & Bath Towels, Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs, Umbrella, etc.

Our home is brand new from top to bottom with a remodel completed in March 2022! From our appliances to our furniture to the linens, dishware and more this home is without a doubt one of the nicest and certainly cleanest rentals you will come across in the city of Newport Beach.
Each of our bedrooms includes 1 comfortable queen-sized bed with a shared hallway bathroom equipped with a double vanity sink.
HOME LOCATION
Located on 42nd St between the Bay and the Beach you never need to walk more than one minute to put your toes in the sand! From the Volleyball courts on the beach, the bike path on the sand, or the Kayak/Paddleboard Launch on the bay you are never far from the excitement Newport Beach has to offer.
From this location, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the Newport Peninsula, Balboa Island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute bike ride in one direction) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Stand-Up-Paddle-board Lessons all in the area you will never need to travel far!
Although you may be looking for a quiet getaway, the action is never more than a Walk/Bike Ride away. (2-15 Minutes by Bike) 20+ Restaurants, Bars, Coffee Shops, Surfboard/Bike rental shops, Grocery Store, Duffy Boat Rentals, Newport Pier etc. (15-30 Minutes by Bike) Balboa Pier, Balboa Fun Zone, Balboa Island, Boat Docks (The Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures) Huntington Beach Pier/Pacific City, and much more!

This home does not have air conditioning. Box fans are provided for your comfort, and if additional cooling is needed, a portable AC unit can be rented from a local vendor for $399.
Parking Details
You are provided with (2) Tandem Garage Parking Spots in a (4) Car Garage. Oversized Trucks/SUVs are not recommended. Ask for Garage Measurements if you need them.

High chair and Pack 'n Play are available by request only. Please request at least 48 hours prior to your stay, subject to availability.
