Beautiful condo in gorgeous Lakewood National golf community

Conveniently located 2nd floor condo, overlooking the water along the 11th hole of the Commander Course, one of two 18-hole courses at Lakewood National. The master suite has a king bed and private full bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Additional features include full second bath, full-size washer and dryer, high speed internet, cable, and all utilities included - no extra monthly charges.

Full membership to Lakewood National Golf Club included with one-time club transfer fee ($600 collected by Lakewood National Golf Club at check-in). Membership includes access to two Arnold Palmer designed championship golf courses, tennis, pickle ball, salon spa, fitness center, resort style pool and several satellite pools throughout the community, tiki bar, and special events & activities. The only extra monthly charge we ask is that, as members during your stay, you meet the tiki bar food consumption obligation of $75 / month.

Lakewood National is perfectly located in Lakewood Ranch, an exciting hub of dining, shopping, and activities, and just 20 minutes from Sarasota and several beautiful gulf coast beaches to choose from. Other favorite spots and activities nearby include St. Armand's Circle, botanical gardens, boat tours and sunset cruises from Sarasota Bay, paddle boarding form South Lido Beach Park, and miles of biking and walking trails.

A quick note on our story - we relocated from the north (like many others recently) and rented a condo in Lakewood National while our home was being built in a nearby neighborhood. We grew to love Lakewood National so much that we wanted to continue to be a part of the community even after we moved into our new home. We love the condo and the community, and we're excited to welcome others to experience and enjoy it as much as we do. We manage the property ourselves - no outside management company - so we're flexible and always available to make your stay an enjoyable and memorable one that you'll want to come back to again.
