Even after a hurricane rolled through like a week prior this place was great! The owners were super responsive and friendly and made sure the place was perfect for us even under the crazy circumstances. Location is great, super easy to the beach, right next to golf cart rentals! We really enjoyed the large patio and great views of the ocean. We loved everything about the Saltwater Seabbatical! The house is so close to the beach. Having coffee on the deck with a view to the water was awesome. It was equipped with everything we needed from games, kitchen utensils, a grill, a griddle, s’more sticks and a hot tub. We had a blast! Even our pup enjoyed running around in the fenced yard!

We were saddened that we were unable to host Randy & Trina. Unfortunately, the arctic blast took down the electrical infrastructure of the entire peninsula for almost a week. The safety of our guests is extremely important to us, so we notified them as soon as we found out that it wouldn’t be on in time for their stay, contacted VRBO, and provided as much information as we could to help them find another place. This unfortunate incident certainly isn’t reflective of our hearts and our home.

Fall break getaway

My husband & I with our son and DIL enjoyed the comforts of this beautiful home. We have stayed at beach houses around this area before and this is by far one of the nicer ones. It is very well equipped with thing most homes do not have and the little things do make a difference. The owners were very responsive to questions and comments.

Birthday Celebration at the Beach

My family and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful beach house celebrating my daughter’s 40th birthday! It was clean and very spacious! Drinking coffee in the mornings on the deck while watching the waves wash onto the beach was very relaxing. The walk to the beach was easily accessible within 2 minutes. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals along with the grill downstairs. The sectional in the living room was comfortable as were all the beds. There were extra fans along with a sound machine which was great for my grandson. My granddaughter and I loved sharing a room and each having our own bed. Bathrooms were very nice and spacious. The hosts were very accommodating and replied back to any questions I had immediately. Check in and check out was very easy! We would definitely stay again!
Grandchildren enjoying the beach!
