I would definitely book this clean and quiet place next time I am in town. It is super close to the beach, pool was clean, and the apartment was clean and well stocked.

This is my second stay with these property managers. The property is well maintained, clean and reasonable. The manager was very accommodating. The unit was well equipped and very spacious for a family of 4. Location was ideal. Thanks for a great stay!

I came down to warch my daughter graduate from FAU. I had a great stay. The place is just 2 minute walk to the beach and less then a mile from restaurants. The price was very reasonable for what you get! Couldn’t have been happier

Rest and Relaxation

We had a wonderful 4 night/ 5 day stay. We dropped our daughter off at school and got her settled into her new apartment. Although it was extremely hot we enjoyed our time at the beach and in Deerfield. The unit was very spacious and clean.

Great Place & Short Walk to Beach

I loved this place! It's a 3-5 minute walk to the beach. Along the beach is a nice 1 mile walking path. The property is layed out well, wonderful kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, all very nice. The propery owner was very prompt and responsive. I highly recommend.

Perfectly situated right across the street from the beach, easy ocean access. Apartment was very clean and perfect for what we need! Having beach chairs and a cooler in apartment was clutch. Very clean pool. Short walk to the pier where things are happening. Will stay again! Thanks so much!

Wonderful place

This was a wonderful place to stay with the family! The pool was nice and it was a 5 min walk to the beach! The inside was very clean and came with everything we needed to get our vacation started! The owner was awesome and very helpful. Always quick to answer when I had questions and was very nice! I have nothing bad to say about this place, very wonderful place to stay with the family. Thank you for making my vacation with my family Wonderful!! I highly recommend!! 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!

Wonderfully equipped space with pool

This is our second time to stay on this property. Excellent location in Deerfield Beach with a 5 minute walk to the beach. There were so many thoughtful touches, like toys for the sand and beach chairs and umbrella for use. Even floats for the pool. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions that we had. Washer/Dryer were convenient to have- be sure to bring a roll of quarters to use. We cannot wait to return!

Excellent property and location

We absolutely loved the place. Excellent location, literally 2 min walk to the beach. Its the southend of deerfield beach which has an awesome beach. It's quiet, low key, low traffic, and it was 4th of July week. Very nice neighborhood. Property is very spacious, 2 separate beds very comfortable and you can walk right out the front door and jump in the pool, only a few feet away. Surprisingly a lot of great food and very close to multiple beaches, but we were impressed and content with Deerfield beach. Property was clean, and well kept. They even provided beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. Loved this place and we will be back!

Great Location but....

Great location close to ocean. Grounds need maintenance. The BBQ outside was overgrown with weeds and deemed unusable. Photo on website is not what we experienced. The toilet is loose and not mounted correctly and moves everytime it is used. A plumber needs to reconnect the toilet to the floor. The shower curtain is too long and lays within the shower. A shower curtain that is properly sized to match the opening and correct height would be a better experience. No place within the shower to place soap, shampoo. A corner dish could be added to the shower for this convenience. We had to place everything on the floor of the shower and reach down for it. TV in the bedroom does not stream properly and drags and hesitates. Had to watch TV only in the living room.

You did not pass any of the issue with the tv, toilet or shower during your stay and you even reached out stated that everything was great and enjoying your stay. The BBQ is in good working condition and there was nothing overgrown around it, if you didn't like where the grill was placed you could have moved it. If you had brought up these issues it would have been fixed right away. The ground is kept up very well but during your stay it was raining.

Très propre ! Bien situé .. tout était parfait .. seul point négatif c'est que nous etions une famille de 5 et il y avait tout pour 4 . Serviettes de toilette et de plage et pas de draps pour faire le sofa lit . J'aurais certainement pu communiquer avec l'hôte pour en avoir mais nous nous sommes débrouillés. J'y retournerais sans hésiter !!
