Cozy, long term welcome, pet & family friendly, fenced yard, fire pit, deck.

Our peaceful dog friendly two bedroom bungalow has an open floorplan, modern kitchen and charming original hardwood floors. Newly painted and decorated with your comfort in mind.
Both bedrooms boast brand new queen size beds, plenty of pillows, and room darkening shades to ensure a good nights sleep.
The bathroom is stocked with plush towels and locally made soap. For guests that enjoy cooking, you’ll find our kitchen fully stocked with everything you may need to prepare meals, including basic pantry items. Enjoy relaxing on the back deck, and a fully fenced in yard provides space for kids and pets to play.
For our guests traveling with children, our home is equipped with a pack and play, high chair, and booster seat to make life a little bit easier. If there is anything else you may need, please inquire.
For our guests traveling with a dog, please click pet when booking to ensure your dog is added to the reservation. We do have a pet fee. Dogs not disclosed during booking will pay double the fee upon check in. We provide food and water bowls, poop bags, and muddy paw towels. If you are traveling with more than 1 dog please inquire prior to booking. Only well behaved house trained dogs are welcome and they must remain off of furniture.

To get your trip off to a relaxing start, coffee and tea is provided, settle in and enjoy your home away from home.

Monthly rentals welcome, please inquire for discounted rate.

We enjoyed our stay but the house seemed to stay cold. Thankfully I brought an electric blanket which I snuggled up in. If you stay here, there is alot of traffic on the road out front and my pup was terrified of the load noise the cars made coming by. I loved the decor and the bed was so comfortable I slept wonderful. I did like how close to town it was making everything convenient.

Wonderful bungalow for a stay. Very cozy, and well thought out. Had everything we needed and more. Because it is a bungalow, some spaces are tight. Wasn't an issue for us. Kristen is a great host was highly responsive. Loved the little deck space out back. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Cottage

We were in Asheville for our annual lacrosse tournament and enjoyed staying in this beautiful VERY clean and comfortable cottage. Were gone most of the time but it was wonderful to come back to reset for the next day of play. Hoss our basset enjoyed the fenced yard. Our only complaint would be the driveway. It is very hard to see to exit, and the main road was busy. It is best to back into so you can exit a little easier. We will be back to this cottage next year for our tournament.

Charming cottage

Chose this property because it was close to my job. I fell in love with it minute I walked in the door. Comfortable and tastefully decorated. Stayed 2 nights. Sure beat the hotel. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Asheville.

Quite neighborhood close to downtown Asheville

Spent the Christmas holidays in Asheville staying in a very comfortable home and quiet neighborhood. Home was warm and furnished nicely including a Christmas tree with all the trimmings. Had a nice visit with our son who flew in from Austin. Glad to see that Asheville was open and busy with tourists after their recent experience with a hurricane. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting Asheville.

Ashville Vacation

Nice cozy cabin. Nice and clean. But feeling like your being watched everytime you walk in or out the door a little to much. I get you need cameras but . Watching someone at all times. Is to much. And that makes us not won't to rent here again.

Softball Trip

The place is very nice and clean. Our family really enjoyed it. The sitting area on the back porch was great. The fence in yard was great for our daughter and dog. It was fun watching them play in the back yard. The location to the Bob Lewis Park and eating spots was excellent.

Adorable Home

Cute 2 bedroom, cozy home with plenty of room for 4 adults a little dog. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for meal prep and enjoying the meal around the high top island. So many beautiful touches through the use and yard to make you feel right at home.

Fantastic Stay!

This 2-bedroom house was perfect for my friend, my dog and me on our road trip. It was super clean, and well appointed. The back porch was lovely to have coffee on in the morning or a glass of wine in the afternoon. The fenced yard was perfect for my dog to be able to play fetch after long days in the far. Kristin communicated very well and everything was great. I highly recommend this house, which is about 10-12 minutes to downtown Asheville.

Charming Asheville Home

Very very nice! We felt quite comfortable and noticed every detail. The owners spared no expence. The decor was lovely. The beds were super comfortable and the linens were superior. The house is out of the way but very close to everything Asheville has to offer. Our dog enjoyed the fenced yard too!
