Cozy Guest Suite with Fireplace & Private Entrance

Come enjoy your stay at our home with a private entrance and outdoor patio in the back of the house in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. You will have an entire guest suite to yourself including one bedroom with an attached bathroom as well as a pull out couch for additional sleeping arrangements. Prepare meals and cocktails at the wet bar before settling down in front of the fireplace and watching your favorite movie on the smart TV w/ access to free wifi. The entire basement suite is designated for the booking guests only! The driveway and backyard are shared spaces on the property. Feel free to use the gas and charcoal grills available as well as the fire pit and tire swing. I am available at any time of the day by using the messaging service through the air bnb app. Please park all vehicles (2-3 total) along the left side of the driveway at all times. If you must park in the street for any reason please let me know ahead of time. Extra bedding for the pull-out couch is located in the cedar chest at the foot of the bed in the master bedroom. Extra blankets as well as the iron and ironing board are located in the closet in the main living area. Bassinet and/or pack-n-play are available upon request for infants and children under 2 years old at no additional cost. Smoking allowed outside in patio area ONLY! No smoking inside the suite. Absolutely NO parties and quiet time after 10pm.
