Welcome to the Teal Townhouse for a weekend in KC or long term working at one of the cities hospitals. As a townhouse, expect steps! It is centrally located to most KC attractions. It is equipped with queen size beds and Smart TV's in each bedroom to log into your favorite streaming platform. The kitchen is modestly equipped and there is a patio grill for private evenings. One space in the garage for a small vehicle and another in the garage. Pet's will need to be relieved across the private drive in green space and picked up after.

We came for the Big 12 basketball tournament and from check in process until we left this property was absolutely perfect and in the perfect location! 10 minutes from T-mobile center, right next to 39th street and State Line, nothing we did/or went to was farther than 15 minutes from this location and it was really easy to get to! It was exactly what we were looking for!

One of the best amenities is having access to the garage! Car parked safe and sound and without being exposed to the elements.This townhouse is in a great location, close to the attractions we were visiting.The home is very clean, comfortable and a great price. I visit KC often and will rent from them again!

Well stocked town home, had nice touches like mirrors in each room, plenty of extra towels and a well stocked kitchen which made making meals a breeze. Clear instructions and easy check in process. Would definitely stay again!

Great Weekend Stay!

This place was perfect for our weekend trip. The property was clean and super cute! Checking in and out was also easy, and the location is really convenient for getting around KC.

We stayed in Tami’s apartment and it was perfect for what we needed We were 4 adults and each had our own private bedroom and bathroom , only one full bathBut the space was adequate for what we needed as we visited family in Missouri Would definitely stay here again!

It was perfect for what we needed!

We were in Kansas for 6 days for a travel softball tournament. We needed plenty of space to relax as well as a kitchen and laundry room to wash stinky uniforms. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were clean, the house was spacious, the patio was nice and the location was pretty central to everything we needed in Overland Park, Lenexa & the fields near the airport.

Perfect stay in a great place

This townhouse was perfect for my husband & I. Beware there is a flight of stairs from the lower level up to the 1st floor, then a flight up to the 2nd floor. Didnt bother us at all. Helped us get our steps in lol. There's also no washer dryer but again NOT a big deal. The bedswere SUPER comfy, the shower was hot& the pĂ tio was perfect. GREAT stay & looking forward to next time. The owner was also great & informative. See you next time Tami!

Built in 1982, updated, but lack amenities for more than one person at a time. Proper maintenance is lacking. Proper cleaning is also lacking.

It has been an investment property and three years ago became a Short Term Rental. My opportunity to combine my real estate and my degree in Hospitality Management.

In 1995 I chose this neighborhood because I was in my 20's and it was centrally located to everything I enjoyed doing from the sports I enjoyed participating to the celebrating after the wins.

This property is a great value. Its not designed for parties or big groups. It is for those coming to KC to enjoy one of the many attractions or if you are called to KC for a job.
