This in town charmer has been fully renovated. A fully renovated kitchen with all new decor including mattresses and all furnishings! This is a spacious home with two lounging areas.
You are in town at this location. One block walk to the grocery store. Couple blocks to parks, restaurants and the Lake Charlevoix. 7 minute drive to Boyne Mountain.



We live in town so can be available in an emergency otherwise we plan to give you your space to relax and enjoy all the Boyne and Norther Michigan has to offer.

Our neighborhood is very walkable. There are a number of great restaurants you can get to as well as shopping, the beach and bike trails.

It is good to have a car at this location.
Boyne Mountain 7 minutes away
Lake Charlevoix Beach access 1/2 mile
Young State Park 3 miles
Petoskey, Gaylord, East Jordan and Charlevoix all 30 minutes drive.

You will have full access to the whole home and property.

We want you to be comfortable. Furnishing have been added to make that possible. Lamps, throws, new mattresses, charging stations for your phones, well stocked kitchen, full size toiletries in the bathroom all add to your experience.

Great stay

Very spacious with plenty of beds. The only negative points of note was a slight odor/mildew smell when first entering the house and 1 partial roll of toilet paper for 6 people over a couple night stay was not nearly enough.

Charming Home Away from Home

Fully renovated and well stocked rental home in a very desirable location. We had a grocery store and boat launch one block away and a quick bicycle ride to downtown restaurants and shopping. Quaint town with beautiful views of the lake. We visited Torch Lake, Lake Charlevoix, Petoskey and Harbor Springs. We enjoyed exploring the area by land and water, even visited a very nice winery called Petoskey Farms. The kitchen was pretty big and had everything we needed, beds were comfy, bathroom was newer and clean, had washer and dryer, cute outdoor area with a nice fire pit and modern lighting. Even the front entrance was super cute and welcoming. The only downside was the later check in time and early check out time. It is usually a little more accommodating by about an hour. However, we made it work. Thank you for letting us stay in your home and we hope to visit again!

The house was exactly as advertised. It was perfectly located in Boyne City, which was a lovely little town even our teens liked! Lindsay could not have been more gracious & accommodating. Five stars!!!

Absolutely perfect for a big group! Clean and spacious. Huge kitchen and living room. Bedrooms we’re comfortable and spotless. Close to restaurants- great neighborhood! We had everything we wanted.

Spotless!

Beautifully decorated, very clean, everything you need for your stay is there. We loved the immaculate home, all the little touches and extras! The beds are very comfortable, and pillows and comforters so fluffy. They thought of everything!

The home offers all you will need. It is close to shops and Lake Charlevoix. Most importantly it is very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this property.

Cute and comfortable

Place was just as pictured. Very comfortable beds, plenty of towels. Nice well-stocked kitchen. Welcoming touches like coffee, popcorn, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. Nice area inside the door for ski clothing and boots they kept it, salt, and melting snow away from the main living area. Location great for walking into main town area, even in winter. Also, just behind town grocery store. Only drawback is the TV room at back of house is not heated, so not really usable in cold winter temperatures.

Much more than meets the eye

Would never know how nice this rental is from the outside. Nicely uldated and clean. Lots of space for our family. Back sunroom with TV was ideal for teens to have their own space. Grocery store directly behind property. Able to walk to town within a few blocks. Master bed very comfortable. Grill worked great. Enjoyed our stay.

50th Birthday Celebration

My family took me to Mackinac Island for my 50th Birthday celebration. We found this property to be a nice distance from the ferry without having to pay the exorbitant costs of the island and surrounding areas. The home was beautifully redone with great furnishings and all of the comforts of home. It was nice walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the lake. We highly recommend this property. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

4th of July in BC

First of all we absolutely love this area in the summer! Small beautiful town where everything is close by. The location of this property is perfect ! Really close to not only the waterfront but also the shops and restaurants downtown. The property is extremely up to date with tons of space . We absolutely loved our stay here and will definetely return again!
