Cabin Bliss is a spacious, 2900 sq ft luxurious 3-story cabin nestled in gorgeous Wears Valley and has the Smoky Mountain National Park literally as your backyard...about 22 steps from your back door! Pigeon Forge and all of its attractions is just a 16 minute drive. Enjoy 4 spacious bedrooms, all with TVs, plus 3 full baths. Top floor master bedroom has a step-out balcony with stunning views of the Smoky Mountains. The other 3 bedrooms are uniquely spread out for privacy and perfect for large families. The road to the cabin has no scary roads or drop offs

*Service dogs should be with Handler at all times. If the dog is left unattended it will be turned over to animal control and pet fee will be applied
*Dogs are not permitted on bed linens. Please use the sofa cover or bring your own blanket

For your convenience we supply you with a starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags. There is a Walmart and Kroeger nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay.

We pride ourselves on your experience. We understand that having a clean and sanitized space is part of that experience. We double down on disinfecting and sanitizing our cabin so that your vacation is as safe as possible. We also take safety issues seriously and in a way that allows you to relax and enjoy your stay with us, your friends, and your family.

Things to note:
★ No parties or events. THERE WILL $2000 FINE FOR PARTIES AND EVENTS
★ No smoking/vaping inside cabin. There will be a $500 odor removal fee
★Quiet time is 10pm-8am. Please respect neighbors
★To book this cabin, guest must sign a legal agreement and agree to a refundable security deposit. The Refundable
Security Deposit is a hold will be released after departure but may be used to charge if there are damages, excessive cleaning or unauthorized dogs. Check in may be delayed if these are not completed within 2 hours of arrival
★ No refunds for storms, power outages or pipe freezes. We recommend purchasing Travel Insurance. We provide lanterns and flashlights but if there is a storm during your reservations, we recommend you come prepared with bottled water and non perishable items
★No confetti or paper streams allowed★
★There is a $49.95 cancellation fee for credit card processing
★Due to an increased amount of cleanliness required, we are not always able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs.
★Please note that hot tubs take around 6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival
★ Please do not add any chemicals such as bubble baths to hottub
★ External cameras facing driveway and deck entrance
★ 4WD/AWD is highly recommended during winter.l
★ Outside Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. Please keep loud noise to a minimum

Naturally being in the mountains, you may encounter insects, bugs, mice, ladybugs and outdoor wildlife. While we do take all preventative measures to keep critters and insects out with monthly scheduled pest control, there is always the possibility that one may come through an opening. Please try to keep doors shut to help keep any possible insects out. Please do not go near or feed any wildlife. Remove all food and drinks from vehicle as wildlife may try to break in.
