INSIDE THE HOUSE

As you’re driving into the complex, the garage and driveway are across from the unit. Take in the blue skies for miles and incredible mountain views as you cross the street and head into the main entrance.

Climb the stairs or take the elevator to the upper level and make your way down to the end of the hallway and the unit. Push open the wood entry door and you’re greeted with gorgeous hardwood floors and convenient bench and hooks to store your gear. A small coat closet offers more storage.

Turn right and head back toward the bedrooms and laundry room with side-by-side washer and dryer. Well-appointed, the guest bath offers a single vanity with extra counter space and fully-tiled tub and shower combination.

Offering mountain views out of the large picture window, the second bedroom comes with queen bed, large closet and dresser for additional storage.

The tasteful touches and modern décor continue in the master bedroom, offering a king bed with fabric headboard, large window and walk-in closet. Its master en-suite bath offers double vanities, walk-in tiled shower and deep soaking tub to end your day on a relaxing note.

Back in the main living area, get ready to flex those cooking muscles in the handsome kitchen complete with granite counters, plenty of cabinet and prep space and full-size appliances including a gas oven/stove, dishwasher and fridge. Brew yourself a cup of coffee on the Keurig and enjoy the morning paper at the kitchen bar with 2 barstools.

Come meal time, gather around the 4-person glass top dining table just off the kitchen. Glass patio doors lead to the private balcony with bistro table.

Back inside, the cozy living space seats 7 and invites you to sink down into the leather sectional and turn on your favorite movie or show on the 55” 4K flat-screen TV with Direct TV. On cool nights, the gas fireplace creates a warm ambiance.

Don’t miss some of the best skiing in the area at Deer Valley Ski Resort (15 minutes) offering runs for all skill levels, from beginners to experts. Park City Mountain (12 minutes) is another great choice for tearing up the slopes.

Eclectic Park City and all of its delicious restaurants and unique boutiques is only 13 minutes away. From fine dining choices like Riverhorse on Main (13 minutes) to affordable choices like Davanza’s (13 minutes), you’re sure to find something to fit every taste and budget come meal time.

Feel like a champion for the day at the Utah Olympic Park (15 minutes). See where world-class athletes competed and you can even try some of the sports yourself!

For even more thrills, head over to the Park City Alpine Slide (13 minutes) and up your adrenaline as you twist and slide down the mountain.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
