The condo features two huge double-glass sliding doors leading to the private balcony, overlooking the beautiful inner courtyard with a swimming pool and outdoor Viking-style gas grills.

You'll find high ceilings in the bedrooms and throughout the living area, enhanced by wall-to-wall floor-to-ceiling windows and canopy-style beams on the roof overhang—special finishing touches you won’t find anywhere else. There’s no need to convert the living room into a bedroom, as there are enough beds for everyone. The living area is equipped with a 42-inch HDTV and a DVD player, while each of the three bedrooms features a 26-inch TV with a built-in DVD player, all compatible with your video game console. Don’t forget to bring your PS4 or Xbox for the kids! Ceiling fans are installed in the living room and all three bedrooms for added comfort.

The gourmet kitchen boasts GE profile stainless steel appliances, including a slide-in electric range, microwave, French-door refrigerator, and built-in dishwasher. You’ll also enjoy granite countertops, a coffeemaker, a toaster, and abundant cabinet and pantry space. The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
