The property overlooks the scenic views of Back Bay and has breath taking sunsets from large balcony. This spacious three bedroom condo in located in oceanfront Sanctuary at False Cape. This resort-like complex has 3 swimming pools, the ocean front pool has a swim up bar. The two other pools have comfortable seating and gas grill area and table and chairs to enjoy dinner with friends. There are also 2 fitness centers.

The condo living room, has plenty of comfortable seating for all, large smart TV with DVD player.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is in excellent condition and very clean! The number of beach chairs, boogie boards and other beach stuff was a great surprise. We would stay here again.

This is a well equipped 3 BR condo in the Sandridge section of VB. We enjoyed our stay spending most days on the beach. At night we mostly ventured to the main waterfront/boardwalk as there are more dining options there. However we found both nearby restaurants to be very good. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great property with many choices of things to do: pool, beach and playground(at Island Park next door) Pool with large 1 foot shallow end was perfect for toddlers. Condo had everything we needed and was very clean.

Karen’s home was cozy and perfect for our group of 6, including a 2 year old. It was nice to have the washer/dryer as well as bags, soap, towels, and linens all included. I also checked in a day late due to a family emergency and Karen was gracious enough to offer me to stay a day later since she had room. Although I couldn’t stay, the offer was so gracious and kind. When we had an issue getting the key, she immediately met with us to make sure we had access. Reading Karen’s check in instructions includes maps really helped describe the layout as there are minimal signs posted by the property itself of where to access pools, parking, and other amenities. There is no swim up bar. Karen did a great job ensuring we knew where everything was at! Would stay again!

Great beach condo

We loved staying in this apartment, a literal minute away from the beach. Everything was clean and well looked after. Kids loved the beach and the pools throughout the complex. Two restaurants right outside were also very handy and delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

the condo is very clean updated and spacious The location is perfect a short walk to the beach and pool we tried all three pools The access to elevators was so convient The storage unit with beach chair was very helpful The view of the bay is beautiful and relaxing it was so nice watching the sunset . The host was helpful answered any questions I had quickly!!! We would definitely stay here again !!!

Wonderful Stay

This condo is exactly how you see it on the VRBO site
 and the sunsets are beautiful. This was the cleanest property that I have ever stayed in. I totally agree that if you are a cook, like me, you have just about everything you need to make your meals. I texted Karen a couple of times, and she responded immediately! I absolutely would stay here again, and would love to learn if Karen owns other properties! I cannot forget
 the swim up cabana bar was closed, but the Mexican Restaurant made some very good drinks!

Great place

The place looks just like the pictures. It was spacious, nicely decorated, and clean! We loved watching the sunsets over the bay every night. Our host was fabulous! We had to contact her and she answered us immediately. She was extremely nice! It was great having a choice of pools and we enjoyed 2 out of the 3. I would definitely stay here again!

Graduation Mini Vacation!!

My family of seven traveled to Sandbridge Beach to celebrate the graduation of our grandson from high school and added in a couple extra days for a mini vacation!! The property was wonderfully located! So many amenities I don’t think we used them all!! Communication from and with Karen was great and quick! We will definitely stay here again!!

Everything you need

We brought way more than we needed. This place was well stocked and convenient for hanging out at the beach. My husband thought the attached restaurant had the best tacos he's ever had (and ate there 3 times!). The owner, Karen was readily available when I had any questions. Everything was great!

Beautiful condo!

We had a wonderful stay! Condo was very nice and was well equipped w/everything we may have needed during our stay. We got to see beautiful sunsets from our balcony in the evenings and we couldn’t of asked for any nicer weather while we were there. The condo was clean and ready for all our needs. We loved our stay! The property was beautiful and the area is a lovely mix of beaches and farms. The condo was clean updated and very spacious. The beach locker was well equipped for a day on the sand. The pools and beach we very easy to access which was great with younger kids.

Amazing Sunset Views

We have stayed at the Sanctuary complex many times before, but this was by far the best view we’ve had over the bay. The sunsets were spectacular. The unit itself was clean and well-equipped steps from the elevator. We really enjoyed our home away from home for the week! Highly recommended
