Mountainside Guest Suite in Leavenworth

We're a 5 minute drive from the Bavarian town of Leavenworth, situated on 8 acres with creek and mountain views. Newly constructed home with keypad entrance. Come see the wildlife, the stars and the ease of being close to Leavenworth. Please be aware that trains pass by near our home, but our guests tell us they are not disturbed by them. This suite is adjoining our home. Adult guests only. The guest suite has a separate entrance so no interaction is required. **Cell reception is spotty. STR 000103.

What a wonderful stay we had. Very clean and modern with a beautiful location. Owners had fresh cookies waiting for us and all the extra amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable than expected. We loved the heated bathroom floors!!

We had such a wonderful experience here! The location was perfect—peaceful, relaxing, and close to everything we wanted. Our biggest concern was finding a softer bed, and based on the reviews, we chose this property. We’re so glad we did—the bed was very comfortable, not hard at all, and made for a great night’s sleep.The hosts were fantastic. When we arrived, they were putting up Christmas lights and welcomed us so warmly that it immediately made us feel at home. It was such a nice touch that added to the cozy atmosphere.Overall, this was a great stay, and we’re already looking forward to planning another weekend getaway in the future. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was impeccably clean, spacious and everything looked brand new. The bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet which made for great sleeping. My favorite feature was the floor heating in the bathroom! Check in and out was super easy and freshly home made cookies awaited us upon arrival. The hosts were super responsive and we would happily stay there again next time that we’re in the area. Highly recommend!

The suite was great. Everything we needed for our stay. It's as pictured. The bed was very comfortable. The host was super nice and easy to talk to. After hiking in the mountains and spending time in Leavenworth the suite was a great place to end a busy day.

We had an amazing stay! Jan Lee and Bob were amazing hosts and helped right away if we needed anything. The home was super clean and cozy. Bed was very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Leavenworth Summer Theatre trip

We came to see our son perform in the Leavenworth Summer Theatre productions. This was a great location and the perfecr setup. The rooms were so nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Hosts were so friendly and helpful - especially the homemade cookies! Great town to visit for a weekend and a wonderful place to stay.

Bob and Janlee have thought of everything, including delicious homemade chocolate chip cookies waiting for us. It was very clean, cozy and comfortable. My husband and I loved the proximity to town, while staying in this quiet retreat. We would definitely stay here again!Thanks!

Cozy and convenient

My wife and I had a very enjoyable stay. We had wanted to revisit Leavenworth and wanted a place nearby, and the Mountainview Suite was very convenient at less than 5 miles out of town. Communication was timely and check in was easy with a code. The hosts had left some cookies and flowers to greet us, along with a nice note to make sure we had everything we needed. Their suite is tastefully decorated, with high ceilings (and tall doors!), had what we needed as far as the kitchenette, and the king bed was super comfortable. We briefly met the hosts (Bob and Janlee) who were very friendly and personable. Their home is just off the hwy so there can be a bit of road noise, as well as the occasional train, but since we like the sound of trains that was a plus for us! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to others to enjoy!

Beautiful property with high ceilings located at the base of a mountain slope. The snow tranformed the area into a magical getaway vacation. My only small gripe is that I wish the brita filter had been changed and washed as there was some scum built up inside of it. Thank you

Fabulous Find!

Our stay was fabulous because the hosts made us feel like home the moment we arrived. The suite was so neat and tidy. The king size bed was so comfy and the sheets smelled so fresh. The bathroom had two sinks which my husband enjoyed, but what was most memorable were the homemade chocolate chip cookies that were available for us when we arrived. Looking forward to another visit in the near future.

Inside the suite you'll find a little book of guest reviews. "Wonderful" is the key word. We added our vote for "Wonderful" to the group. I am a long-time property manager. It is challenging to keep your rentals maintained. This owner not only does that, but the place is so clean and well kept you feel like it's being rented for the first time. Four miles from Leavenworth made the location not only quiet but convenient. The owners responded to text inquiries, although we had none related to the rental. Sometimes one wants a hotel with all the amenities, restaurants, and facilities, and sometimes one just wants peace and quiet. Stay here if you want the latter. We loved our stay!!

Perfect Spot

Beautiful, clean and comfortable place to stay just 5 minutes out of the Leavenworth fray. You have privacy and all the amenities needed when away from home. Highly recommend.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We love seeing mountains nearby, rivers, lakes and the Bavarian town of Leavenworth, only a 5 minute drive away. If you love the outdoors and the beauty of nature, you'll love visiting this area. Our home was built in 2019. We're told by our guests that it feels very comfortable. Granite countertops in the kitchenette and bath. The bathroom has a separate toilet/shower room and double sinks. Guests tell us the King size bed is super comfortable. You may see deer or wild turkeys on our property. We sometimes have a bear wander through also. We have learned that bears are not interested in people at all. They usually run away when they see us.
