Bring along the provided chairs and umbrella to the lifeguarded beach just across the street, and enjoy lovely views of the Atlantic Ocean and Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge from your home away from home.
Inside, the open floor plan features a custom kitchen with granite countertops and all the accessories needed for an effortless stay, including a Keurig coffee maker. Ceiling fans in every room enhance comfort, while the living room offers a 60-inch plasma TV, and all bedrooms are equipped with their own TVs. Enjoy your favorite movies with the VCR/DVD player, or challenge friends to a game at the foosball table for at-home entertainment. Free WiFi and a full-size washer/dryer are also provided.
This gated complex is situated in the heart of Sandbridge, offering convenient walking access to the beach, a local market stocked with anything you might need, as well as restaurants and seaside shops. On the grounds, you'll find a large courtyard featuring an outdoor swimming pool and a covered cabana, a grilling station with picnic tables, a fitness room equipped with Cybex training equipment, and two elevators for easy access.

Do not move furniture between rooms.
The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
Electric vehicles are not permitted to park in the Sandbridge Dunes garage. This includes Lithium-Ion Hybrids and Lithium-Ion bikes. Electric bikes and any Segway toys are not permitted in the units. Vehicles must be parked outside and away from the building. You will need to park outside either in the North or West lot, Marlin Drive, or in the public lot South of the community.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
