Welcome to your new favorite vacation spot! ONLY 2 minutes Walk to THE SAND BEACH! This 3 story luxury house features 4 bedrooms, bamboo floors, gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, elegant furnishings, and 2 private balconies. Garage comes fully stocked with bikes and beach equipment. Located in the heart of Old Beach area at the end of "dead-end" street, easily walk to the beach, boardwalk, coffee shops, restaurants and many activities, this is truly the best location for any trip!

* Off street parking for 4 cars
* 4 bedrooms with 1 bedroom on the First floor
* Fully stocked kitchen, full use of washer/ dryer
* High speed Wi-Fi and smart TV with streaming services (Netflix, Amazon prime videos, Disney+, ESPN+, Hulu, and Discovery+)
* Backyard offers a patio, and gas grill with seating for entertaining and outdoor shower.

Enjoy self check-in for your convenience with the convenient electronic door lock. This spacious home comfortably accommodates a group with many separate spaces for enjoying each other's company. On the third level is the inviting living room with smart TV, soundbar and Blu-ray player, a dining area for seating up to 12 people, and the fully-stocked gourmet kitchen with a large island and bar stools. Featuring 4 bedrooms with 1 bedroom on the 1st floor and 3 others on the 2nd floor.

The owner was excellent, very responsive and truly felt like she wanted us to enjoy our time in her home. The location was perfect and there were bikes for the kids to ride on the boardwalk. Everything was spotless and necessities were stocked. Would definitely go back!

House was very clean, and a perfect location! Yun had everything you would need for going to the beach, toys, a wagon, chairs, a ton of towels. There were a lot of stairs, with it being 3 floors, but nobody complained, we definitely all got our steps in

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach—and the home came with all the amenities we needed for a great beach trip. Great place; great time

From the initial reservation through check out, everything went smoothly. Our host, Yun, was very gracious and accommodating. The house was well kept, clean and very comfortable for our party of six adults. Great location just off the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants and bars.

We fell in love with this property for it's location. Everything is walkable: beach, boardwalk, nightlife, pubs, restaurants and supermarket. You only need to get to the property once there everything you need for the week can be walked to. Plus ample parking spaces.
