The condo was great for how little it cost. Had everything we needed and it was in a great location. The White Sands Beach has a lot of big rocks and big waves so not super friendly for little kids, but there are good beach for kids just a short drive away. Overall, great experience and would come back.

Amazing view on the ocean from the balcony and a great restaurant on the other side of the street. Close to grocerie stores and other shops. The appartement was very well equipped. AC and fans were working well. Beds were very comfortable. Overall our stay was very enjoyable.

Great Location

The views were spectacular. Loved sitting on the lanai and watching all the activity on the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was great! We loved the view from our patio and the fact that we could walk across the street to the beach and the restaurant. Close to the Kona village shops too. Don't expect anything "fancy" but the place had everything we needed. The photos show an old tennis court, but it was recently resurfaced and lines for pickleball. The unit came with all the equipment, including snorkeling gear. We would stay there again.

The location is awesome! Condo is fantastic. You can watch all of the action and head over to the ocean as much as desired. Our favorite beach across the street. The management company was very responsive and helpful when we had any questions. Thank you!!

Spring break 2024

Perfect location to enjoy the ocean view, and sunset, and put our toes in the sand. There is a great surfing spot just down the road(banyans) and a restaurant with amazing food and views right across the street. We fell in love with the lanai! Everything needed for the beach was provided and thoroughly enjoyed. Would definitely recommend this unit. The kids loved the pool too and the BBQ was used quite often.

Great location but so so accommodations

Great morning and afternoon views from lanai of Magic Sands beach. Great location. Some accommodations are dated and need updating. Toilet seats cracked and floors needed to be better cleaned prior to our arrival. We really didn’t use the condo for more than sleeping so it was fine. Could get a little lively down at Magic Sands late into the evening but that wasn’t too big of a deal. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice beach location

Great location and nice property. Hiding the air conditioning from paying guests is pretty low though. It is advertised as having air. To put the picture over the thermostat to prevent others from using made us sleep with windows open and it is quite loud. The first 3 days were miserable at night until my youngest read in the guestbook that air was hidden.

Aloha, we try our best to match the ad to the unit. I have checked our ad and it does state that the unit is not equipped with AC. We apologize for the misunderstanding as the system was not supposed to be used by the previous guest. We do have many other units in White Sands Village that come with ac if you decide to book for your future stay. We appreciate your feedback and hope you had a safe trip home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is in an excellent location, but it is very rundown inside. It was clean, except for the dishes. Every single dish I pulled out had food and grease on it! And the thermostat is hidden behind a picture, which is very sneaky. The unit is listed as having central air, yet the thermostat is hidden in the hopes that it won’t be used, not nice.

The ac is not a part of the rental and so it is hidden. We clearly state that it's not included and apologize if you felt you saw it.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: incredible view of the ocean and beach area just across the street. Very nicely furnished with plenty of room to move around with a family of 6. Very clean and filled with more than enough kitchenware to cook up a storm. MAJOR ISSUES, hot as can be with out air conditioning. If you leave the windows and sliding doors opened, you can hear the cars racing and revving their engines or just the party goers on the beach until 4:30 in the morning or maybe that's when I finally fell asleep after thinking I should just throw eggs down there in hopes that they shut up. Some sketch peeps on the beach with police having come out 2 or 3 times while we were there.

Aloha, thank you for your feedback. Magic Sands is a popular local hang out and at times it can be a bit rowdy. Summer can be fairly hot. We take that into consideration when pricing our homes. We hope you choose to stay with us in any of our amazing condos in the future.

It is 24 stairs to get to the first floor and the elevator wasn't working to the first floor! However, we loved the being right across the street from the beach. It was fun to watch the kids boogie board and play. The sunsets from the wraparound balcony were the best. The condo was large, clean, and super well appointed. There is everything you need including: beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, and even sunscreen and insect repellant! It was lovely having a washer and dryer! We got soaked on our rainforest ATV ride and the day we went to the volcano. This amenity allowed us to take care of our dirty, wet clothing and the big bonus was were able to bring only our carry-on luggage because the unit was so well equipped. They provide all the paper products you need and all the laundry and kitchen soaps. Being on the Main Street you have a lot of noise starting about 6:00am with the kids on the beach, the buses running, and the pickup trucks with boom boxes cruising past. This is the Main Street kid cruise! That is the trade off for the stellar location. We loved being so close to everything. The rental agreement they send you after you book is a little daunting! They just want you to take care of their property which is understandable. Be aware the property is well-loved and isn't new; but you'll love staying here. We appreciated the quick management response. This unit's driveway is directly across from the Magic Sands sign.

We had a really great time. When we first arrived my husband was a little leery with no ac, but you don’t need one with the wonderful ocean breeze. It was great knowing we were coming back from a long day at the beach knowing we had a parking spot. Only one thing that I would change is the toilet seat in the second bathroom which is cracked in 2 places and we hated using it 😳
