Ocean Views/Mountain Views!! HUGE LANAI Directly across the road from the BEACH!

LARGE LANAI condo directly located across from beautiful Magic Sands Beach!!! (sands appear and reappear at this beach depending on swell and current). Come stay at this perfect beach condo that sleeps 6! This condo is very spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, also a queen sofa sleep (pull-out) located in the living room. The amenities are great with central air, elevators, outdoor pool, bbq area, tennis courts, sauna, pool table and tandem undercover parking and more. Located on Alii Drive close to farmers markets, grocery store, restaurants, shopping, movie theater and golfing all in well known in Keauhou area.

The living room is quite large with TV. WIFI, central A/C, and a washer/dryer are provided for your convenience. Do not fret over bringing your own ocean gear either. The home has beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, and snorkeling equipment located in the storage space by the parking stall.

When you are ready to catch up on some rest, there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom holds a Cal King-sized bed and has an attached private bathroom. The bathroom has a standalone shower and spacious vanity. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. A guest bathroom is prepared with a shower/tub combo. Pull out sofa sleeper located in the living room and futon located on the lanai if you want to sleep under the stars!

Other great amenities are provided for guests at White Sands Village. There is two parking spaces corresponding with your unit (#324), a tennis court, an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, BBQ stations, and shared patio areas. A secure pass code is given for ease of check-in and added security.

You will need to abide by the White Sands Village House Rules during your visit.

Ok condo with Nice beach close by

Condo is ok but we have seen cleaner. Pool key was missing and we could not use pool or bbq on our first day. We could not reach the owner. Many dead birds on the balcony when we arrived and clim had been off for quite a while because it was crazy hot and it took 24h to make it comfortable. Great pool.

Great host! Great amenities! Great location! Was perfect for our family of 5. Our teenage son loved sleeping on the futon on the lanai each night. We did a lot of cooking at the rental and the kitchen had plenty of tools/pans/utensils that allowed us to do so with ease. Definitely recommend!

Amazing 360 views. The location couldnt be much better with Magic Sands Beach 100ft from the property. The air conditioning worked great! We loved watching the sunrise over the mountains from our deck! Super close to downtown and all the restaraunts! I highly recommend Shaka Tacos! Host was aweosome and checked in on us!

My wife, adult son and I really enjoyed this rental. As described in the VRBO description, it is conveniently located across the street from a very nice beach with a lifeguard, bathrooms and outdoor showers as well as a nice restaurant that has a great sunset view. Beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, boogie boards were included. We found the list of amenities as described in the VRBO description to be accurate. The unit was clean, nicely furnished, and the views from the huge wrap-around porch were great, both day and night. The grounds are nicely landscaped and very well maintained. Joshua the host was very responsive and helpful when I had a couple of questions. I would definitely recommend this rental to others.

Exactly as described! We were a family of 5 (myself, husband, 11yo, 9yo, and my mom). Well equipped with everything you need for a beach vacation including umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, coolers, and snorkel equipment. Ideal location across the street from Magic Sands beach was amazing. Communication with host was top notch and responses were quick. Will definitely stay here again!

when we walked in the property, it was not cleaned and it was in the same state the previous people left it. Had to unfortunately book an hotel end time with surcharge pricing. The owner and vrbo support was not helpful. Overall frustating experience!

Love the location. Joshua's is incredibly responsive to our questions and requests. Only downside was the air conditioning for a couple days was low on refrigerant so the condos warm. But Joshua took care of that. Furniture in the condo is a bit outdated. But the location compensated for that.

The place was beautiful. Stunning mountain and ocean views from the condo. It was so tranquil to sip coffee in the morning and then have a sunset dinner on the balcony. Parking was great. Beach access was simple. I would stay there again!

Worst experience ever. Traveled with 2 kids and 2 elderly people, after checking in found that the property was never cleaned after previous guests left. I wouldn't live in these conditions even if you pay me. But it was 9pm and owner offered a refund for that night and also offered to clean that unit next day or move to another one next to it. We told him we want to move another unit next day. When we came back around 9pm next day and contacted owner for the lock code, he didn't respond. So we had to stay in the same dirty unit for another night. The owner apologized next day and told that he is on different time zone. But only refunded first night's base cost. This is as bad it gets. Also, the second day a housekeeper came and apologized but told us that she was never notified that she needs to clean this unit the previous day, so it seems it is clearly the owner's fault. We submitted complaint to Vrbo after 2nd night's incident and they offered us full refund but eventually refunded only fees and notified that the rest needs to come from the owner which I haven’t received after 2 weeks.

The location was great and the unit had everything we needed. We selected this unit because it had an elevator and we had 2 people with bad knees. It turned out that the elevator didn’t go to the top, which we were on. We had to haul luggage up the last 10 stairs and had to navigate the stairs every time we came and went.

Great location in Kona!

The location couldn't have been more perfect. We walked to Magic Sands beach each night to see the sunset. Just a 20 minute drive to all the excursions we booked (snorkeling with manta rays, deep sea fishing, snorkeling at capt. cooks cove). 5 minute drive to the grocery store. There was plenty of beach gear for all 6 of us to borrow (boogy boards, beach chairs, snorkels, etc.). And the wrap around deck was fantastic! Great host, and great rental.

Lovely First Visit to Kona area

This was our first visit to the Big Island. This condominium is well located and the common areas of the complex are well maintained i.e. pool, hot tub, tennis/pickleball areas. We could easily drive to the grocery store, walk down to the Magic Sands beach and enjoy the restaurant and coffee bar nearby. The children, ages 6 & 4, were able to play in the sand on the beach and we enjoyed watching the high surf our first week. There are better swimming/play areas within close driving distance.The unit is well supplied with the essentials and well maintained. The washer/dryer were amazing! The outside decks were really nice.We enjoyed our stay, found activities easily accessible and recommend this location and property to others considering a visit to this area. Thank you.

Home Away From Home!

Loved the location and the space was perfect for us and our 4 teenagers. Pool was a good alternative when the tide was high - always could find a chair to use. Location was perfect- close to DT and shopping (3.5 mile walk), great running and easy access to main roads.
