Our duplex is perfect for your trip to Clarksville or Nashville. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a delicious meal or you can order delivery and relax on the couch to watch Disney Plus or Hulu on the Roku TV. Need a workspace? We offer an office desk and chair. Guests may use the washer and dryer at their convenience.

This unit is apart of a duplex. Guests may see other guests from Unit B outside. There are no share spaces inside, it is completely separate. Each unit has it's own separate driveway with reserved parking signs.

Our home is minutes from DOWTOWN Clarksville
Less than 30 mins from Fort Campbell
One hour to Nashville

Office was a desk in one of the bedrooms and the only heating system was a split unit in the kitchen. No central heat. Space heaters were in the closets that we had to run during bedtime.

Our stay at the Pineland house was excellent. Sara had everything ready for a great stay. This charming house in a quiet older neighborhood was convenient to everything we could possibly need. When we had one issue where we needed to call, Sara responded immediately and was there in minutes.

The perfect home for a cozy getaway

I actually booked this property for my husbands work trip to TN. It offered all the amenities he would need while being away from home — complete with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. The host promptly responded to any inquiries and even helped replace the microwave when it had wit working. My husband was slashed and completely happy with his stay here. We’ll definitely book again if the opportunity arises. Thank you for opening your home to us.

Sketchy neighborhood

We only stayed one of the 4 nights. I suppose I should have done a google location search. I would have never booked. Just check it out for yourself Queen bed was way too soft. Unfortunately I received no compensation from VRBO or the host. Learned a hard lesson.

Quiet spot

A charming quiet spot minutes from downtown. Nice back deck, for morning coffee. We even saw some deer. We also loved the huge couch! Definitely would stay there again.

Great stay

The property itself is a great small home, and is a great choice for quick trips to Clarksville. The property manager was also very helpful and communicative. I'll definitely be back if I'm in the Clarksville area again.

Overnight in Clarksville

The property is very nice with good beds, huge couch and a big TV. The unit was very clean and there were nice add-ons like soaps, extra toothbrush if needed and coffee. We enjoyed out stay!

Nicely redone house, great host

The house is great - clean, plenty spacious for two people, all amenities are exactly what you'd want. The large couch and television were great for our late night video gameplay! Host was very friendly and helpful, with quick responses to all inquiries. We especially appreciated the accommodation for an early check-in. The neighborhood is just fine - not high end, but not slummy either. Plan to drive to get anywhere, or order delivery like we did.

Great little place

Overall our stay was great. The home was very clean and tidy. It had all the amenities. Adding a Keurig coffee maker would be convenient for one person to have coffee. Also, cutting the bushes back at the end of the driveway would give a better view of the road while backing out.

This property is close to my home which makes me readily available to handle any issues that may arise. I love that it was built in the 40's because it has some rustic charm like some of the original wood floors. It's the perfect size for my family when they come down from Michigan for a visit.

This home has a beautiful front patio and a car port to keep your vehicle out of the elements. It is has an open feel with fun pine forest decor.
