Less than 1 mile from Frío River! 8 miles from Garner State Park! 35 miles from Lost Maples Park. 90 miles west of San Antonio.
Resort-style swimming pool with a kiddie pool area and slide.
Plenty of BBQ pits and picnic tables around the property, including a pavilion area for a large group.
Property has a playground for kids and a volleyball area. Lots of hiking trails around the area.

Pots, pans, dishes and utensils provided.
Both Keurig coffee machine and Drip coffee maker.
Bed sheets and bath towels provided.

The place is exactly as listed. It’s a great place to stay! The owner was very helpful resolving and accommodating for small issues outside of their control. Would definitely stay in again!

Great location, convenient to surrounding attractions. Great pool. Kitchen was well equipped, plenty of clean towels. The only thing that I can criticize was that the floor under the beds were pretty dusty, but other than that it was great.

the place was ok over all, there were dirty pots and pans in the cabinet and under the beds and couches were dirty.

Thank you for your feedback, Lori. I wish you would have said something while you were still at the condo about the cleaning issues. We use a professional cleaning company to clean our place and would have asked them to come take care of the issues. We have let them know about what you reported and I'm sure they will take care of it.

Great Getaway at Garner

Excellent location for families. The playground was a hit with the littles and the pool was a hit with tweens and teens. Convenient location to the state park and everything else. Blazing night time skies. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time at this property. John was easy to work with and also let us check in early and depart late which made departing relaxing. The condo is exactly as in pictures.

Awesome Stay!

Highly recommend this place! It was perfect for my family and I to spend some time relaxing. The host was very accessible and friendly, and made our vacation much more enjoyable. The pool was never over populated, perfect distance from our condo. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

Clean, Great and Quaint Condo

This a great condo that is very close to the Frio. Very clean, comfortable beds and a great location. We stayed during off season and really enjoyed the peace and quiet. You gotta try the food trucks across the street…great coffee and breakfast! Will definitely stay here again…appreciate the exceptional communication from the owner.

Great place to stay!

We stayed 2 nights for a quick weekend getaway to Garner State Park and Lost Maples. The condo was perfectly located and has beautiful views of the surrounding area! It was clean, well furnished and had everything we needed! Check in and check out were as easy as can be, just know that cell signal for Verizon customers is almost non existant in this area! The wifi was really nice to have as well! All in all, I woukd recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit!

Pool rules

Everything was awesome except adults excessive drinking and vulgarity at pool with loud speaker box which was very annoying So would definitely stay again if your pool rules were updated and more suitable for families with young kids

Beautiful Gataway

This is a great place for family n friends. I had a great time with my adults kids. John is a great host n replies right back when you text him. We had everything we needed and the place was clean. The swimming pool was a plus. We spend most of our time in the pool. We all enjoyed our stay.

AT&T and T-Mobile work best at the condo. We've heard Verizon doesn't work very well out there. Between Memorial Day (last weekend in May) and Labor Day (first weekend in September) each condo is only allowed 2 parking spaces (2 vehicles). You will receive car tags to place on your dashboard when you check in. You will also receive wristbands that will need to be worn when in the pool area.
