Guest access

You will have the whole apartment just for yourself and have access to all building amenities which includes a pool, gym, our parking spot in the garage and many more. Shopping carts are available in the lobby if guests needs to shop for basic grocery and amenities. Shopping cart must be returned immediately after use.

Other things to note

There is a one-time mandatory building resort fee, $41.50 this is a one-time only fee payed at the lobby at your time of check-in. This will provide you with: Security wristbands, a parking pass as well as access to the buildings gym and pool. The building has a Late check-in fee policy, an extra $50 must be payed for anyone that checks-in after 10:00 pm OR pay $15 for valet and check-in next day (full access to the apartment same day).
