Equipped with 28kw of solar, blown in cellulose insulation, and staked with VRF heating and cooling you can rest assured that your vacation wont be leaving a carbon foot print here! Build Well Development prides itself on marrying form and function when it comes to taking care of the planet and our guests. Home is walking distance to Gurney's where you can obtain a day pass to enjoy their beach and other amenities they offer including restaurants and bars. Other beach access is at Kirk beach. Home offers 6 beds and 4.5 baths (2 are ensuite), a 2 car garage, hot tub, SONOS, playground for the kids, gas fireplace, oversized appliances, and BBQ.
Pool/hot tub is open from April-October 1 (hot tub closed end of nov)

Pool Heating is available from Memorial Day Weekend-Oct1 for a fee $50/day

Please note, we do not guarantee pool heat is available. If for whatever reason the heater is out of commission we would refund you only for the pool heat fee.

Please read all house rules under ‘House Rules’ section as well. Failure to comply may result to being asked to leave without refund.

Please note* we support only a starter supply of toilet paper/paper towels.

Cleaning fee includes hot tub cleanings and garbage p/u.
Please note that when outside temps are under 78 we cannot guarantee that pool will reach desired temp if you choose to pay for pool heat and pool temps can appear lower than they are when outside temps are low.
Please note that during your stay the property may have outside service providers (such as grass cutting). It’s imperative they be allowed to service the property as this is part of routine maintenance and they may not be turned away.
Hot tub is closed from Jan 1 to April 1 but can be opened for a fee. Please note that between Memorial Day and Labor Day we book back to back rentals/schedule service visits and other appts during turnovers. As a result we are unable to offer an early check in or late check out. Please consider this prior to booking. Year round, guests should assume that check in and check out times are not flexible.

-children must be supervised in the hot tub at all times. Bromine tablet device must remain inside hot tub to avoid extra cleanings.
