Très bien situé dans le centre de Montauk: à 5 minutes des plages de l'océan, de la ville, du port, des boutiques et des restaurants.
La maison est construite pour des réceptions luxueuses à l'intérieur / à l'extérieur - À l'extérieur, vous trouverez de nombreuses terrasses pour vous prélasser, piscine rafraîchissante, bain à remous pour 8 personnes, grande pelouse pour faire du sport, grand barbecue, table pour 10 personnes douche, et supports de planche de surf.
À l'intérieur, vous trouverez la cuisine du chef, deux salons, une salle à manger pouvant accueillir 10 personnes et trois chambres confortables au deuxième étage.

Beautiful beach inspired home

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our host was friendly and available; a pleasure to work with. The home was decorated with a boho beach vibe and the kitchen was modern and well equipped. The pool and hot tub were great! We hope to visit again!

Fun Montauk retreat

This house was well set up with beautiful decor and a nice layout. The basement bedrooms were a bit sterile and dark, but very clean. It is a great location and the hot tub and pool are great for summer. Thanks, Limor!

My friends and I had a great time at Limor’s house for the Juneteenth weekend. Our group included several couples and we all felt the place could hold us comfortably, with two seperate living areas and several bathrooms throughout. The outdoor entertaining area was great for eating food on the deck, either on the lounges or large outside dining table. The kitchen was well stacked which made cooking at home easy. The pool was well cleaned and the hot tub was a nice addition. Limor was very responsive and helpful whenever needed. Thank you!

Great Stay!

I stayed here with friends for two weeks and we had a great time. The house looks exactly like the pictures except there is some obvious wear and tear as it is a rental house. One thing to note is that when we first checked in there was a bunch of broken glass in the grass and on the deck which we had to clean up. Other than that our stay was great and the owner was very responsive for any questions / issues we had. Highly recommend!

PERFECT Summer House - Pool & New Renos

Limor’s home is absolutely beautiful. I took pictures but they don’t do it justice. It is the perfect Montauk rental with new renovations, gorgeous kitchen, grill, pool, hot tub and massive deck. Limor was not only a wonderful human but very timely with her responses leading up to the trip. Kate the onsite manager was a sweetheart ( and very talented!!). Glowing reviews and after some scary previous VRBO interactions cannot thank Limor enough the outstanding stay.

Thank you Limor!

We had such an amazing stay at Limor's beautiful home. It was the quintessential Montauk beach house, styled with gorgeous renovations and furnishings, with a perfect deck and backyard for any type of fun in the sun. Limor was incredibly helpful and thoughtful in the days leading up to our trip and during our stay, answering any and all questions I had (thanks again). Although I was unaware that the caretaker, Kate, would be staying at the house during our stay when I originally booked, we were so pleased to have her there and she was so friendly and helpful as well! I would absolutely rent again for my next trip to Montuak! Also, so sorry again for the accidental stain on the couch while cleaning during our check out!

Great house!

We had an amazing trip! Awesome kitchen, deck, pool, decor and location. The projector/tv was really cool as well. No problems communicating with the host. The two basement bedrooms were a bit less nice than the pictures on the listing, but still manageable.

Great house but accused of causing damage

Great house with a lot of privacy, definitely enjoyed staying here. Communication with owner was great except he claimed we broke a table and a lounge chair which I am 99% sure we did not damage given we didn't really use either (and we are a very quiet and small group).

Beautiful House, Great Location

The house is beautiful and well equipped with anything you could need and is in a great location, just a 5 minute drive to town and a variety of great restaurants. Limor was wonderful and extremely responsive in advance of our stay and throughout. The only issue was one of the bedrooms (located in the basement) was much smaller, had no windows, and was directly connected to another bedroom; where the bathroom is. Due to this, I would recommend this house for a smaller group, 6-8 people, but not necessarily for 9-10.

Perfect summer weekend getaway

This house was everything and more for our long weekend in Montauk. The backyard everything we needed we never left! The house was just like the pictures, if not better. Fully stocked kitchen and hang out area makes it great for groups. Limor was extremely friendly upon check in. The only downside was that we couldn’t stay longer!

Awesome Montauk Experience

Limor and Kate (property manager) were the ultimate hostesses. The house is beach chic perfection, great kitchen and deck. There is a pool and hot tub. The location could not be better—close to town, beaches and restaurants. Limor’s recommendations were stellar. She and Kate were easy to reach and very approachable. I highly recommend this property to families and friend groups.
