Try your hand in one of the fishing capitals of the East coast on private and public charter boats and then have your catch prepared at a local restaurant. Whale and dolphin watch from the beach. Lots of hiking and beach trails. Horseback riding on the beach at one of the oldest working ranches in the country. Easy ferry to Block Island for the day or Casino at Foxwoods Conn. Or just explore and sit on an unoccupied beach for an afternoon! Stargaze in awe at a dark park truly at the end of the East Coast!

Whole house and pool deck audio system controlled thru Alexa in the kitchen.

Master and another queen bedroom is on first floor with 1 step entrance. Very easy/no steps access for those with limited mobility.

Two kayaks and a stand up paddle board to explore Lake Montauk less than 1 mile away. (upon advance request).

Ocean Beaches, Gin and Ditch plains, less than 5 min away! Outdoor Fire pit .

Seasonal on site veggie garden. Pick and make your own fresh garden salad!

Outdoor large Weber grill.

Beach fires allowed in metal containers.

NO large parties/ events allowed.

Additional info
Second Den sleeps 8 - single beds. Arrangements must be requested in advance to use the den level. Additional linens/cleaning fee of $250.

Families preferred- others considered on a case by case basis. No groups under 30 yrs old will be considered!

Home has Ring outdoor security cameras audio/visual.

Pool opens in late May and closes mid-September weather and other factor dependent . Pool can be heated for an additional charge of $200
