Accessible to i95. Located in a urban inner city, multicultural area. With tons of great food, and restaurants. 45 mins from Newport RI and the beaches. Cozy and comfortable for 2 guests. Sleep accommodations are a queen size bed, and a sofa. This unit also includes high speed wifi and smart television.

Cute and comfortable

This property is immaculate, cute, comfortable, and has everything needed for a short stay in the city. It’s in a good location with gated, off-street parking if desired. The owner was helpful and kind. They even provided a few treats for us to make our stay even more special. I would happily book here again.

Overall the apartment was very pleasing. The area however was quite questionable. We were woken up at 2:30 in the morning to a women banging on our door and yelling for someone, which continued for about 15-20 minutes. We were too nervous to answer as she was banging loudly and trying to open the door.

We loved this place! Extremely neat, beautiful, it had everything we needed for the weekend in Providence. Plenty of parking, well lit street, easy entry and security. Host was readily available to questions. And they had a lovely bottle of wine for us!

Good clean property

Good property for a short stay. A little noisy in the mornings with trash trucks, school buses, and loud car stereos but those are things the owner has no control over. It is a basic apartment.

Cute Space, located near everything we wanted to see. Stafford was available and extremely responsive (I lost a key). Might note in description that the stairs could be challenging to someone with walking issues. Great experience.

Clean Apartment/Seedy Neighborhood

To start off, the apartment itself was very clean and presentable. I think this host really does a nice job of ensuring their customers have what they need. There was a Roku device already hooked up, complimentary WiFi, two small bottles of wine, kitchen (with cookware and serviceware), coffee machine with pods, and there was even an ice tray with ice cubes. Nice touch with preparation in mind! Here are the areas I recommend for improvement: there were only 2 bath towels total but no washer/dryer. I would provide a few more bath towels as if customers stay for a week and they don't pack bath towels, it would be nice to have a couple extra. Please get some extra bed pillows. As a woman, I need 3 pillows and my travelling companion needed 3 pillows. The pillows provided were pretty flat and there were only 2, that I recall. Provide some tumbler (plastic) glasses for drinking water/lemonade/juice...etc. One more chair in the living room would be great as there was a two person couch and it seemed a bit crowded. Here are the areas the host cannot control: The neighborhood is not the most comfortable. There were loud vehicles blasting music and speeding through the residential street at all hours of the night (you could feel the apartment vibrate). The neighbor below us started blasting bass music at 1030PM that shook the floors and walls for a few hours. The winding stairwell up to the 2nd floor is extremely narrow and not for the faint-of-heart (mostly thinking of people who have trouble walking or climbing stairs. The process of parking was a tad difficult as you need to park in front of the entrance door, enter the code of the entrance door, go upstairs, enter the code to get in the apartment, then go to the drawer to get the hard key to unlock the lock on the chain gate, open the gate, pull in and park, lock the lock on the chain gate and don't lose the key! But again, you're in the NE! So there may be some extra steps due to the structure of the neighborhood. Location is close to gas stations and some restaurants. About a 40 min drive to Boston. Thank you!

Wonderful Stay close to downcity Providence

I booked this rental to bring my daughter feom Philly to a college tour and wknd program in Providence. The rental is super clean, updated and close to everything and the host was very responsive and helpful! I was able to tour Newport while my daughter was busy with just a short 30-40 min drive. There are a ton of free things to do in the area and great food spots! I would definitely rent this apartment again!
