This oversized loft-style apartment features high-end furnishings and offers the best views of the area. We are only a few minute walk to Kennedy Plaza Bus Hub, Convention center, Financial District, College Hill, Federal Hill, Outdoor Ice Skating Rink and the Providence Place Mall.

THE SPACE

Cozy 2nd apartment with 1 memory foam queen bed, two twin memory foam. The layout is separated for added privacy. We offer amenities as coffee, tea, chocolate etc. The apartment has windows in the living room that provide a great view of downtown.

GUEST ACCESS

The apartment is located in smill hill close to downtown. The neighborhood often has events and parking is typical for a downtown of a capitol city with street meters & parking garages.

Perfect space to stay when you’re taking on the city of providence! My partner and I stayed here for the Comic con weekend and it was great! Clean and cozy. Super spacious.Off street parking. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment was very clean, with a nice coffee bar. Although i didnt cook, they had a fully set up kitchen. The beds were very very comfortable, and the shower was amazing, good water pressure. It was a 15 min walk to downtown, lots of shops around by car, no more then 8 minutes drive. I recommend very much, i will definitely go back. Loved the place.

Fine location, lacking communication

The apartment as a whole is fine. It was not ready when posted and when it was, the check in information was not correct. I reached out to the owner a couple of time with general questions such as check out requirements and never heard from him. The window in one of the rooms was left open and would not stay closed. The price defenitely reflects the expierence.

Worst ever

I booked this VRBO, received confirmation, etc. my daughter and I get off the plane at 11pm and I pull up the confirmation and there is no check in info regarding how to access the property so I reach out. I promptly receive an email just saying “sorry for the double booking.” And like that my reservation was canceled. The owner would not answer my phone calls, texts, VRBO messages - ghosted hundreds of miles from home at almost midnight. Have you ever tried booking a hotel room at midnight on Valentine’s Day? Needless to say I’d avoid this uncaring, unprofessional, discourteous “host” at absolutely all costs. I’m angry I have to leave a star at all. They should get zero.

Sleepless and a bit scary

Four colleagues and myself (their supervisor) were in town for a conference. When we arrived, it was extremely unclear which house/building we were supposed to go in since none of them had visible street addresses and the one we stayed in was under current construction. The host finally found us as we were about to walk away and find a restaurant to sit at until we found a new place to stay. The apartment was clean and nice overall, however there was a fentanyl drug testing kit found under the decorative pillows which was concerning, and when we were outside searching for our location, there were quite a few individuals partying in various ways on a Thursday night. All of the windows were also left cracked open, which we didn’t notice, so the first night we were extremely cold and didn’t sleep due to the loud street noise. One of my colleagues stated that it sounded like our beds were in the middle of the street, and sadly closing the windows only helped minimally with the loud sounds. Lastly, there were 5 of us staying there, and there were 5 towels, however no extra blankets for the futon, so I slept with the decorative pillows and then everyone in the beds pulled their sheets and I slept with a “blanket” created of layered sheets to attempt to stay warm overnight. All-in-all I would not recommend this place other than it was cheap. I would happily pay twice as much to sleep well and feel safe.

Quick Fall Getaway

Easy to get to and plenty of room. Great base to explore the area and Danny is very helpful if any questions arise.
