Perfect location

We had a great visit in Providence for my daughter’s graduation. The location was perfect and were able to just walk to restaurants. The apartment was well appointed had everything we needed. Spacious and clean. We will definitely consider staying there again.

We stayed here because we had a convention at the Rhode Island Convention Center. Location was great and I loved having a parking spot although it was a tight squeeze. Clean, comfortable apartment- wish it had a little bit more in the way of kitchen supplies. Overall a great stay!

The property is spacious, and the location excellent. For being so close to Atwells Ave it was also much quieter at night than I would have expected. The beds are reasonably comfortable. But everything else about the place is not good. Much of it is badly in need of basic upkeep -- fixtures missing, furniture breaking, etc. The kitchen is so poorly equipped that it is unusable for even the most basic things -- for example there were exactly two drinking glasses, two knives and not a single pot or pan of any kind. The rest of the home is barely minimally stocked -- e.g., exactly one small bath towel per person, but no hand towels, kitchen towels, or paper towels at all. Listing it as having a garden is a little misleading -- it is such an overgrown patch of weeds, with a couple of plastic chairs too dirty to sit in, that it is unusable.I would not choose to stay here again.

Thank you for the review. To address your concerns: the kitchen is not supposed to be fully equipped as it is not possible to do so in our stay logistics maintenance, a heads up is given in our guide. For towels, there are plenty of extra towels in room 2 storage area, I wish you reached out. The backyard area is well maintained and it is a great private area just for you, I am not sure your description is accurate. I am sorry you had a bad experience but I did not hear from you except that you wanted to extend your stay by 2 nights; I wish you had told me about your concerns I would have loved to intervene.

We came to Providence for a conference at the convention center. The house was conveniently located for that. Check in was easy, and house suited our needs.

great location, but otherwise just okay. For the cost, we should have gone for a hotel. One of the bedrooms clearly wasn’t insulated, and all of them still had AC units duct taped in the windows (for new years weekend.) The lockbox was difficult to use every time we went in and out, and when we moved one of the sofas so all of us could watch a movie, there was old food underneath.
