This fully furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bath home comfortably sleeps 6 and is located in the heart of Hyde Park, one of Cincinnati’s most desirable neighborhoods. You’ll be within walking distance of Hyde Park Square, Oakley Square, and the Wasson Way bike and walking trail, giving you easy access to Ault Park in one direction and Xavier University in the other. Restaurants, shops, breweries, and family-friendly parks are right at your doorstep, while downtown Cincinnati, the hospital district, UC, Xavier, and the Cincinnati Zoo are just a quick drive away.

The host was both welcoming and accommodating. The kitchrn and bathroom were both updated and were very nice! This is an historic home and the upgrades complimented the historic features.

Perfect location walkable to shops and restaurants. Bathroom appears newly remodeled with a great shower. Really appreciate having coffee and filters there. Did not do any cooking but the kitchen is well supplied if you wish to.

This was a perfect spot with plenty of room for myself and 2 friends. Close to restaurants and the river where we enjoyed a dinner cruise. Loved the house with all the beautiful woodwork. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

This property was a true gem. We loved the location, outside of the city by just a few minutes in a beautiful, well kept and safe neighborhood. The house is within walking distance of a quaint area with shopping, bars and restaurants. The on-street parking was never a problem and we had two vehicles. Entry was easy with a keypad and the owner set it up with a code you will remember, trust me. Speaking of the host, he was responsive and provided a great deal of detail to help us during our stay. The home has an updated kitchen and bath, and plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed to feel at home. We are already talking about returning. My only additional comment is this, if you are a light sleeper, the owner has the 2nd floor unit and his dog wakes up around 6:30am. He is not disruptive, but you will hear him running around. Otherwise, comfy sleeping, the bath has plush towels, we were two very happy campers.

Birthday Celebration

Visiting our Grandaughter for her 8 th Birthday was a pleasure for the 2 Grandmothers 
 one from Ca. and one from SC . Our stay at this house was lovely 
 spacious , comfortable , convenient and so close to restaurants and shops . The Birthday girl stayed with us and loved that we could all be together . Ihope to be able to stay here every time I visit my Cincinnati family . Thank you !

This property was perfection. It was very nicely updated and they had everything you could want to feel at home. New condiments in the fridge, nice bedding and fluffy pillows - they even had toothpicks. I appreciated their attention to detail. I would absolutely stay here again. Great location. Very clean and well appointed with everything you need and more in the bathroom and kitchen. Great communication and help from the owner. Two issues will probably keep us from returning. First, mattresses were very firm memory foam. Way too hard for our tastes. If you like this type of mattress, you’ll be very pleased. Second, this is the first floor of a 100 year old house. We could hear floor noises from the people living above, especially their dogs needing to go out early in the morning. Otherwise, an enjoyable stay.

Our mini vacation in Hyde Park

We loved the house and especially the location because we could walk to HP Square for coffee. My son walked to a friends house on Observatory and was able to get his required amount of exercise! The only changes you might make would be to add grab bars in the shower and unstick the front door! Otherwise .- perfect!

Fantastic

I’ve stayed in many VRBO accommodations over the years. This one was one of the very best. The kitchen was stocked with all the things I have in my own at home. The cleanliness of the whole unit was superb. I’d highly recommend this VRBO and will stay there again for my next visit to Cincinnati.

Beautiful home, nice stay.

The owner, Todd, contacted us with keyless entry details prior to our arrival. His home was very clean and truly felt like home when we walked in. We absolutely loved the aesthetics! There were plenty of utensils, dinnerware, glassware, and bakeware for us to prepare our meals for the six nights that we were there. The property is located on the first floor of a two family unit. The location was perfectly close to many of the locations we visited while we were in town, including Union Terminal, Cincinnati Children’s Museum, and Fords Garage (excellent food). We would highly recommend staying here, and will definitely stay here again when we come back to Cincinnati.

We chose this neighborhood because we’ve lived in the area for over 15 years and truly enjoy the balance it offers between nature and convenience. One of our favorite parts of the neighborhood is waking up to see deer, foxes, and birds in the park across the street—it’s a peaceful and unexpected treat.

At the same time, the location is incredibly convenient. You’re within about 15 minutes of roughly 90% of what there is to do in the city, which makes it easy to explore, meet friends, or enjoy events while still coming back to a quiet, walkable neighborhood.

What makes our property unique is the combination of thoughtful hospitality, recent updates, and its setting. With a background in hospitality, we’ve intentionally set up the space with the items we personally use when we travel—especially in the kitchen—so guests feel comfortable and at home, even for longer stays.

The kitchen and bathroom were both fully remodeled at the beginning of the year, offering a clean, updated space with modern finishes and a great shower. We focus on providing a well-equipped, functional layout rather than just the basics.

The property is also pet-friendly, which is important to us as we know how valuable it is to travel with pets and still feel welcome. Just across the street is a park where guests can enjoy morning walks and often see wildlife like deer, foxes, and birds, giving the space a peaceful, almost retreat-like feel.

At the same time, the location is hard to beat—within about 15 minutes of nearly everything the city has to offer—so guests get the best of both worlds: quiet surroundings with quick access to dining, entertainment, and visiting friends or family.
