Bright and clean home within a quick walk to Hyde Park Square

A unique home tucked between two streets in Hyde Park. Just a short walk to Hyde Park Square, and many great restaurants. The home has just been beautifully remodeled!

There are two bedrooms, one with a king and one with a full bed; both with casper mattresses and comfortable linens. There is a small daybed in the master a queen pull-out couch if needed for additional guests.

The yard is currently off limits (other than the deck) until landscaping is completed in the Spring 2023.

The unit was stylish and clean in a good location. It was well equipped.The parking was awkward for one car, Can't see how it would work for 2 cars.The stairs are steep without a full bannister. I could not recommend it for families with children or older adults. We managed but it was very uncomfortable and scary to use the steps.

Very cute cottage in a great location. Owners were very nice. House was very clean. Really easy to walk to dinner. We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back.

Nice house and location

My family and I stayed here for Kings Island and Cincinnati Reds game. Great to be close to both and a nice area. The house was nice for our needs.

The house is beautifully appointed. The owners took great care to decorate. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Very clean throughout. Towels are good quality.We stayed during the recent “heat dome” weather, downstairs was very comfortable- upstairs was markedly warmer but not enough to disrupt sleep. Rooms have fans. Owner was responsive at all times.One suggestion - the stairs are steep and the treads are not wide. The bedrooms and one of the bathrooms are upstairs. There is no hand rail for the first 4 or so steps at the top. We are older and went slowly and sideways, at the top, putting our hands on the walls to stay balanced. My friend had a novel approach- as she neared the top, she switched to “all fours” using her hands for balance. :)Quiet neighborhood for sleep. Nice grounds. Parking good.Great food at EO Kitchen - sushi was good and ceviche was even better.

The property was clean, bright, and fully equipped. The location was so convenient for walking to the little town for dinner and ice cream. The owner was quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend this property!

Great Stay

Stay was wonderful. House is clean and comfortable. Open floor plan with a deck and back yard. Host was easy to work with and accommodating. Would recommend to friends and will stay here again when in town.

Careful

The steps are treacherous for an older person. No handrail at top. Cannot meet code. I had to sit down to go down and crawl to go up.Probably not a problem for a young person.Other than this the place was delightful.Also there were no blinds or curtains on the main room. Not a problem given the location, but a little unnerving.

By far the nicest place we have stayed in Cincinnati!

We visit family often in Cincinnati and absolutely loved this place. We were able to walk to dinner, Graeters and Carl’s Deli. The house is completely updated and nicely furnished. All the beds were comfortable, quiet neighborhood and easy parking. Will definitely try to stay here next time.

Listing is exactly as described and pictured
lovely decor, spacious living area and kitchen. Wonderful master. Location was perfect, near Hyde Park Square. Host is super attentive. Spotless home. Stairs are slightly difficult to negotiate so extra care may be needed for elderly or toddlers. Will definitely try to come again!

Amazing Private Clean House

We just returned from this wonderful house in Hyde Park, a quiet neighborhood in Cincinnati. Its location is perfect, 15 minutes from everything. The plaza nearby has wonderful restaurants and shops. The house itself was immaculately clean, and had very comfortable linens and beds. It had all of the amenities we needed. The back deck was lovely to relax on with its new furniture. We have stayed in many VRBO’s and this house is one of our favorites. The home is newly renovated. Very easy check-in and check out. The bathrooms were immaculate and well stocked. All of the finishes and furnishings are highly curated and welcoming. We highly recommend this house.

Hyde Park Hideaway

A very comfortable house, pristine clean, in a beautiful quiet area of Hyde Park. The house is at the end of a long driveway in back of a house on street so we were glad we arrived in daylight to find it easily. The two bedrooms upstairs had very comfortable beds. There is one full bath upstairs w/ walk in shower. The 2nd full bath on the ground level has a tub/shower combination. We had a couple of issues: both bathrooms had only end rolls of toilet paper and we looked but couldn’t find any to resupply the bathrooms; had to go buy some. That was annoying. The other issue is the staircase going to the 2nd floor; the bannister only goes 2/3 of the way; not safe for older guests or anyone with a balance problem. My older traveling companion chose to slide instead of walk down the stairs to be safe.

The property was in a nice location. Close to the college and downtown in an upscale residential neighborhood. Property was clean and new. Property was lacking with some basic necessities, such as cream and sugar for coffee, dish towels and seating on patio or back porch.
