With all new coastal style furnishings and plenty of amenities, this home is both beautiful and functional! ADA accessible from the ground level up with a large oak elevator and wide hallways. The open concept living and dining space and kitchen provide plenty of room for friends and family to share special moments together. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything to make cooking and entertaining a breeze. Sip on your morning coffee from the Keurig while seated at a table on the back patio while taking in the dazzling sunrise. Relax on the 3rd level covered porch on a deep seated sofa while enjoying a great book, ocean views, and cool summer breezes. In the backyard, there is a 6 ’ picnic table to enjoy outdoor meals and fun in the sun. The grill is connected to a gas line so you can bbq without any disruptions.

Four large bedrooms feature new comfortable Sealy mattresses, large closets, ceiling fans, and smart TVs. The main level primary suite features a king sized bed and en-suite full bathroom. Upstairs, a second primary bedroom has a king sized bed, walk in closet, and jack and jill shared full bathroom. The third bedroom has two full sized beds. The kids will love the fourth bedroom bunk beds with stairs including two twin beds and a pull out twin trundle. There is 1 full-sized crib along with two portable cribs for the little ones. Both full bathrooms have large accessible shower stalls with benches and handheld shower heads. There is also a half bath off of the living room and kitchen.

Enjoy the bonus Game Room with a Foosball table, sectional sofa, large TV, and fridge to keep all of your game day beverages icy cold when you return from a relaxing day at the beach.

Additionally, there is a new desk/work space nook where you can check in on work in between trips to the beach.

There is plenty of parking with a full sized driveway that fits 4+ cars. Also, a new 48-amp Juice Box EV Charger! The home is outfitted with keyless entry, Wifi, 5 smart TVs (with cable), and dual heating and A/C zones on all 3 levels. Also included are 6 beach chairs, beach toys, a high chair, and extra plastic folding chairs for indoor dining. There is a full sized washer and dryer, cordless vacuum, cleaning supplies, ironing board and iron, and much more.

Tenant must bring their own bed sheets, blankets, and towels - please ask us for recommended services if you don't wish to bring your own. The beds will include a mattress cover and pillows for each. A roll of toilet paper and hand soap will be provided for each bathroom; a roll of paper towels and cleaning supplies will be available in the kitchen.

Ortley Beach, a family-friendly town with beautiful beaches, is an unincorporated area of Toms River, New Jersey. It’s also known as Dover Beaches South. Like many of the ocean communities found on Barnegat Peninsula it is small - Ortley Beach is less than a square mile in area and is bordered by Lavallette to the north and Seaside Heights to the south. Steps to the ocean and a short walk to a local farmstand, bakery, bagel shop, mini golf/arcade, ice cream shop, coffee shop, brewery, fish market, amazing restaurants, grocery and convenience stores, new pickleball courts, as well as the famous Seaside Boardwalk. Just a short bike ride to the downtown Lavallette shops, restaurants, and entertainment too. Less than 1 mile to the Bay with a playground, tennis and basketball courts.
