We would stay here every year!

A big beautiful place, very well-kept, extremely close to the beach. Plenty of beds and rooms for my whole family to make themselves at home. You feel like you’re on a true vacation when you’re here. I highly recommend it!

Being so close to the beach was the best part!!!

14 days might be the only way .... I vacation now! Beach days, bike rides & cocktails!

Great Ortley Beach weekend

We had a sunny beach weekend. My husband and I with our adult daughters and their boyfriends. The house is only a few doors from the beach. The street was quiet and had friendly neighbors. We enjoyed the backyard for morning coffee and evening desserts. Plenty of space for all of us.

Great Location at the Jersey Shore!

Great location steps away from the beach! My family and I enjoyed our time here even though the weather wasn’t great. There is great outdoor space if the weather is nice. Can’t beat the location to the beach and short walk to food and entertainment. The AC is so down units which can be noisy and there is no AC in the kitchens so those rooms tend to get warm. No dishwasher.

Review of 9-7th Street week before Labor Day

We had a wonderful time at this shore rental a few weeks ago! The check in process, cleanliness, facilities, dishes, etc. , all perfect. We were a bit surprised about all of the ring devices, but were okay with it in general. I would recommend this place in the future and consider it in future vacations. Excellent! Thank you!

Fantastic Vacation!

A wonderful clean and comfortable home! I've been renting in the Jersey Shore for 10 years and this was best rental ever! The owners are so nice and helpful. I highly recommend this house - you won't be disappointed!!!

Beach House Fun!

From the initial ease of booking and communication with Dominick and Katherine, to the clean and spacious home conveniently located a short walk to the beach, restaurants, farm stand, etc., our family of four adults thoroughly enjoyed our two week vacation at the beach!!

We had a great time! Easily accessible to beach (house is on same block as beach entrance), clean, and a nice amount of space for all of us. Also able to walk to boardwalk and seaside heights rides and water park.

Home and Host met and exceeded our expectations !

This renovated 2 story cape house was so lovely! Exactly what we we needed to gather family and friends for 2 weeks at NJ seashore. 2 kitchens and plenty of patio space, plenty of beds (we did not want any bunk beds, so this house met our needs), but still cozy and a cottage feel. 4 houses from the 7th ave beach ocean entrance, was so perfect ! The hosts Domenic and Kathleen are top notch in my book. They were quick to communicate any needs or concerns. I loved the neighborhood a lot, so peaceful and friendly. Perfect stay, thank you. Great Place in a great location!

This house is nicely put together with a lot of space. It is close to the beach and the restaurants and an arcade are a short walking distance.. The hosts were great, they anticipated all questions and sent timely messages so it was easy to get the full use of the rental experience. We had a lovely time at the property.

Perfect location!

This great two family house is the perfect location to the beach and other great sights. A few block walk to the boardwalk, ice cream polar, golf, arcade, restaurants, coffee shops, seafood market, and farmers market. Plenty of room inside for both families to fit comfortably.

Very nice home - 2 minutes to beach!!!

Very nice home and location. There were 11 of us and everyone had plenty of room. Communication with Domenick and Kathleen was easy and friendly. The home's kitchens were stocked with everything needed. The experience exceeded our expectations. Possibly will return next summer. 5 stars all around!!!

Next best thing to being on the beach

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The beach entrance is at the end of the street, and not every street can say that. Being only a few houses from the beach made setting up for the day and going back and forth as needed very convenient. Especially with a five year old. Having my daughter with her family up and , and another two daughters and boyfriends down made every one feel at home. Left me with the pull out couch as usual, but more comfortable than most I've been on. The back yard is private and great for cooking out, and with other family members having three other houses within the same block, We had plenty of room when it was our night for hosting dinner. The mornings had walks to the corner for bagels and coffee, and evening wagon rides for ice cream with my grandson. Weekly beach passes are included. Been going to the shore for almost 30 years with my family but first time in Ortley Beach area.The owners were awesome and very helpful with advice on the area eateries and other attractions.

Clean house, beach block

We enjoyed our stay in the house. It was clean when we arrived. It might be for 2 families. 1st floor has a kitchen, 2 rooms and Futon. 2nd floor has another kitchen with 2 rooms and futon. Very convenient and easy walk to the beach. There are places to eat around the corner- sunny hunny, rocks fellas and Chinese, pizza, Cuban all within walking distance. Barnacle bill is also walking distance. We were a family of 7 when we stayed here early August.

Great weekend!

Booked the house at the last minute for Memorial Day weekend. Owners were very accommodating and nice to work with. Clean and a good house for 2 families. Great location. Close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and stores.
