Stunning views of Sleeping Bear Bay from all 3 levels of this large unit. Great for families with 3 bedrooms, a sleeper sofa, and 2. 5 baths. This unit sleeps 8-10 people comfortably. Enjoy amazing sunsets over Lake Michigan and spectacular views of the Manitou Islands from your quiet spot, located 2.5 miles from the lovely town of Glen Arbor. 7 miles to Sleeping Bear Dunes and within 30 minutes of 36 wineries in the Grand Traverse area. During winter months ski in and out and enjoy the skiing/snowboarding with Lake Michigan views at the Homestead!
Jetted tub in master bedroom, washer/dryer available, wireless internet, flat screen tv, and a fully stocked kitchen with dish washer and all the housewares you could ever need. Two queen sized beds, two sets of bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa on main level. Linens and towels provided. Non-smoking and no pets allowed. Weekly rentals are from Friday evening at 5pm to Friday morning at 11am

We are Rick and Diane Bannister! Diane and I are high school & college sweethearts with 4 daughters and 5 grandchildren. As of fall 2022 we will be empty nesters for the first time. We purchased our slice of #PureMichigan to share with our daughters and grandchildren for years to come.

DIane and I have been traveling to northern Michigan for years and are excited to share our property and views of Lake Michigan with others. We enjoy all the shades of blue and the relaxed pace of Glen Arbor. We believe this area is one of the most beautiful in the continental United States. We enjoy sitting in our family room or on our three walkout decks and the views of Sleeping Bear Bay and Lake Michigan sunsets!
