This stylish condo has been remodeled to reflect the cozy feel. The upstairs suite has a queen bed along with a smart TV powered by Roku. Sofa bed in the living room adds sleeping for four.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hawk's Nest 5! It felt like a sanctuary in the woods that was quiet, calm and beautiful! The layout was perfect as well for my 9 year old son and I. We easily cooked most of our meals in the ample kitchen and enjoyed eating on the back patio up in the trees. Plenty of clean linens were helpful and everything was even better than described. Our host was super friendly and attentive and the binder they provide with ideas on things to do in the area was so helpful in adding to our list of new places to see in try around the Glen Arbor area. We liked it so much we are hoping to stay again next year. We stayed in the middle of the summer but I feel like it would also be such a treat to see it in the middle of winter.

Great vacation spot

This property is located in one of the most beautiful places around. Close to Lake Michigan beaches and within driving distance of lots of things to do. Property was clean, has a great porch, well stocked kitchen and comfortable bed.

The property at Hawk's Nest 5 in Glen Arbor was as pictured online. It was perfect for my husband and I for our 6-night stay during July 2026. Great layout/use of space. Entryway was thoughtfully planned & practical; we appreciated the multiple hooks near the door, the shoe tray, and the "drop spot" for keys, etc. Kitchen is narrow, but there is plenty of counter space, and it had what we needed (we didn't cook any meals, though - just breakfast). We enjoyed the private deck (you can't be seen, but possibly overheard?) - good breeze and lovely birdsong. Bed was comfortable and there were nightstands w lamps on each side. BR closet for hanging clothes, but no dresser other than a small TV cabinet with one drawer. We made it work. Overall, a nice property that's quiet and well located for exploring Sleeping Bear Dunes Lakeshore, and the Leland/Northport area. Would stay again!

Great condo in a beautiful setting…

A great condo in a most beautiful setting. Our host was responsive to our questions and helpful in working with us when due to an unavoidable circumstance our trip plans were altered. We highly recommend this area (The Homestead in Leelanau County) this unit and host.

Perfect location

This condo is located in a beautiful area, a short distance to downtown Glen Arbor and the beach. It was clean, well stocked with towels/kitchen supplies and had a very relaxing covered deck. We enjoyed walking and exploring the Homestead Resort and had the most amazing view of Lake Michigan at the top of the ski resort. Communication with Tammy was exceptional. I would highly recommend this property.
