Winter Getaway

The property was as advertised. The pool was the highlight of our vacation - spent almost everyday in the pool. The Host was attentive to our requests. We had an issue with the AC and the host had the repair team there same day and the repairs were completed within the shortest time frame. Highly recommend this home as a quiet and restful oasis.

Wonderful house!

Great house! Welcome basket and many essentials provided. Not like a typical rental where you get 1 roll of toilet paper, the house is stocked with everything from laundry detergent to kcups. The yard is to die for, pool, outdoor bar, tv and outdoor shower! Plenty of seating options and heated pool, which you get to control-very nice. Matt and Kristina were available if needed. Would highly recommend staying here!

Exactly as advertised

We definitely enjoyed our stay at this home. The backyard was a little piece of paradise. Everything you need to relax and enjoy in the sun. The home is exactly as photographed with a unique charm. Everything you need to feel at home. It’s proximity was great to the beaches, boardwalks and restaurants. The hosts are easily available for questions and concerns. They also gave us some good suggestions on places to visit and restaurants to try. All in all a great experience!

All The Things…

This little home is equipped with everything you need! From the kitchen to the bathroom…it’s all there. Beds are cozy and the backyard is like a little oasis. Not far from the beach at all and there’s even everything for that there too! (Chairs/towels/coolers) We’d book again if ever back In Pompano! Thank you for a perfect little getaway from the craziness of Fort Lauderdale. :)

Beautiful and relaxing stay!

The house was beautiful and looked just like the pictures online. Matt and Kristina were fantastic hosts! They had the house decorated perfectly for Christmas, which was such a nice surprise. The welcome basket was a great touch, too! The house was fully stocked with everything we could think of, including cooking supplies, beach towels, etc. The backyard was our favorite and we spent most of our time enjoying grilling and playing in the heated pool. We had a minor issue with the master bathroom sink and Matt was over to fix it within 15 min. We couldn’t have asked for more responsive hosts! The only suggestion is that the key sticks a little in the front door lock and we were afraid it might break off in there a couple of times. Overall, wonderful stay and we would highly recommend it to anyone!

Instagram Worthy House with The BEST Hospitality

This house had all the essentials and more that you could ask for in a rental property! Not only was every piece of Decour and artwork ready for a photo shoot, but the house was equipped with snacks, drinks, easy to work/function amenities AND you really felt like it was your house for the night! Matt and Kristina were awesome hosts and I felt like I was actually borrowing a friends house for the night! Brava, Matt é Kristina!! Grazie mile e buona fortuna con la tua proprietà!

A+ Beautiful Property- Good Area- Professional Hosts

I appreciated the Professional Resort Style presentation and staging. The Hosts provide all the info you need to get comfortable such as labeled switches, wifi info and local area services. The house is close to the beach. The pool area is artfully landscaped and very serene with plenty of furniture to lounge on. The covered outdoor area with TV, bar and grill was super. Inside was clean and really nicely decorated with newer furnishings and plenty of rooms to relax in. The kitchen was very well equipped with double oven. I liked the excellent water pressure in the huge master shower. Truly everything you need for a lovely experience in Pompano Beach A+
