In your studio: king sized bed, sleeper sofa, living room, dining room table, electric fireplace, bathroom with walk in shower, mini-fridge, coffee pot, coffee beans, grinder, sugar, & creamer. This was such a fun little place. It was an interesting mix of old and new. The front porch was amazing, we had a lovely time sitting with our beverages and enjoying the view while also people watching. It was great that it had its own parking space because parking was crazy. It was within walking distance of the main shopping and dining area, although the hill was steep so keep that in mind. The only thing I might suggest is you bring a sleep mask, the bedroom had blinds but no drapes and it was on the east side so when the sun rose at 5 am you really knew it.

Great location, great view, comfortable rental with a cool vibe. This rental is in a great location for visiting Jerome.The kindsize bed was a plus, and the copper ceiling gave the rental a cool retro vibe.We enjoyed the view from the front porch and watching all the cool motorcycles ride into town.The coffee and kitchenette were helpful, as was the little fridge.The bathroom's shower was nice.The host was accommodating and we had a swell time and hope to return.We loved this rental and we love visiting Jerome.Highly Recommended.

The unit was clean, everything was as advertised and in good condition. Comfortable furniture and an amazing view. The hosts were very pleasant and with a smooth check in, and the checkout requirements were very reasonable. Will definitely be back again.

What a great property and great location! The apt was clean and well-appointed. There is no stove or grill with this unit but we didn’t miss having that at all. The views from the patio are wonderful and we really enjoyed spending our evenings out there. We would stay here again!

The property was great and more then we expected. It was close enough to walk around the town of Jerome, but not in the heaviest travelled area. It was more spacious then other rentals we looked and had plenty of amenities available for your stay. And yes! The view was spectacular! Would stay here again, and will recommend it to a friend who is planning a trip to Jerome next month.

A nice place to stay for a short time (no kitchen). Funky town may be better for younger visitors, but fun and good launching point.

Perfect Location

We have stayed here a few times, and we return because it’s clean and has a great location. You don’t have to worry about parking as it has its own designated parking space. It has a great porch that you can enjoy the beautiful view while drinking your coffee and people watch. Plus, it’s right where all the shopping starts. We will be back for sure!

My wife Joan and I have been involved with property management since we purchased our first multi family property in 1982. We first discovered Jerome many years ago after a Jeeping adventure in Sedona. As we followed 89A as a shortcut from Sedona to Prescott, we accidentally discovered this cool little town of Jerome. Over the past years, we have enjoyed bringing out of town guests to Jerome for dinner, or just to enjoy the views. We are now excited to offer the Million Dollar View Vacation Rental to those looking for a beautiful setting to come make new memories. ENJOY!
